PUBLIC POST
There's so much plain common sense in this blog post that I felt compelled to share it.

Francis Rice, Charman National Black Republican Association: To his eternal shame, in order to acquire and maintain power, President Barack Obama has adopted the Democratic Party’s strategy of keeping blacks poor, angry and voting for Democrats. Using the politics of poverty and race-baiting, Obama garnered nearly 96 percent of the black vote that helped propel him to the pinnacle of power.

Oh geez, this is not a pretty log, not much of a log at all but I don't want to get out of the habit of keeping track of things, because once I stop logging, then it's all over!
So, here's the skinny:
Thurs - flew into SLC and then was booked straight all day/night with bridal party festivities. No traditional exercise but an enormous amount of dancing at a live-band karoke bar
Fri - all programmed up, no exercise
Sat - ditto, but with the addition of extreme amounts of dancing which involved a lot of bouncing around and spinning
Sun - nada
Mon - started my second job as a hostess and let me tell you, I run around like a maniac for 5 hours, this must count, I will try and get that pedometer on to see what the real stats are at some point.

Yesterday, my husband and I spent the day at home, recovering from a late Sunday night wedding that lasted until the wee hours of the day.
Much fun. Tiring, but fun.
