Thankfully I can say no to this question - I've never walked in on my parents having sex, but I do have friends that have! Of course, I'm thrilled to know that my parents still love each other and their fire still burns for one another, but I'm relieved to have virgin eyes when it comes to witnessing their sex life. So ladies, even though this is one seriously embarrassing topic of conversation, tell me, have you ever walked in on your parents getting busy?

I was at happy hour with some girlfriends the other night and we all started trading stories about our parents; how they met, how long they have been together, etc. Well, all of a sudden, my friend stepped it up a notch and told a story about the first time she walked in on her parents having sex! Needless to say, that certainly sparked conversation and all the other girls chimed in. I am lucky enough to have never had this experience, but ladies, do tell, have you ever walked in on your parents doing the deed?

Apparently, the "walk of shame" wasn't as shameful in the '70s, back when they sold special pantsuits for the occasion. But nowadays, we women aren't quite as enthused to drag ourselves home in the harsh light of day still dressed up for a night out. But don't worry: there's a kit for that.

I had a friend in college who dressed up as a Catholic school girl for Halloween, stayed over at a guy's place, and had to walk home in her skirt and knee socks the next morning. What's the most embarrassing walk home you've had from a previous night's hookup? Were you wearing a ridiculous getup or did you run into someone you'd rather not run into? Walk of Shame Kit: Hilarious or Horrifying?

The whole point of the walk of shame - that walk away from the previous night's hookup you're not exactly proud of - is that it's unplanned.

So I'm guessing the Walk of Shame Kit must be humorous. ($35 is pretty steep for a gag gift!) The kit includes a backpack, dress, flip-flops, sunglasses, pre-pasted toothbrush, wipes (ewww!), a call/don’t call note card, and a cancer awareness bracelet (huh?). I'm scratching my head more than I am laughing and probably wouldn't buy this for myself or for a friend, but perhaps others would.

I am involved with a married man and I don't know how to stop. He's been married for a couple of years, and his wife often goes out of town. I feel like I'm in a relationship with him: he calls or texts before he goes to sleep, cooks me dinner when he can, and we talk about almost anything with each other. I don't expect him to leave his wife for me, and it doesn't seem like he's going to. He just says he wishes we would have met before he got married. I know deep down that this is so wrong, but I feel like I can't do anything about it. I feel too happy when I'm around him. Help!

Dear The Other Woman,

I have some bad news and some good news. First, the bad news: you are not happy. You are in a relationship that is damaging to both you and this man's wife. The only person remotely benefiting from the situation is this unfaithful person you are involved with.

Now the good news: real happiness does exist. You can find someone - who's not married - to talk, laugh, cry, and have sex with. And it will be so much better. But first you need to do some work on yourself. Look at your life and decide what type of person you want to be. Do you want the adjectives selfish, dishonest, and disrespectful to describe who you are? Or would you rather have the words loving, faithful, and complete describe your behavior and your relationship? Next you need to boost your confidence. Think about what has made you do something that is undoubtedly so hurtful to yourself and this other woman. Is it because you are afraid of being alone? Is it because you think this is the best thing you can get? If so, let me tell you that a little patience can go a long way. Focus on the things you really enjoy in life (do you like running? painting? traveling?), the things that make you excited, and you will only become more desirable.

The search for love is a hard and frustrating one, but you are just going down a dark and depressing path with nothing but hurt waiting at the end of it. End things with this unavailable man, figure out why you love yourself, and then you will find someone who loves you for all those qualities too.

Walking and Orgasms

Unfortunately I'm not referring to spontaneous orgasms experienced solely from walking - although that would be amazing - I'm talking about how the way in which a woman walks can give insight into her ability to reach orgasm. A recent study shows that if a woman walks with an energetic, flowy stride, she's most likely having a great time between the sheets. She'll appear to walk with ease, without tensed muscles, and with a sort of freedom or sensuality.

In this interesting study, women were asked to fill out a sex questionnaire and rate whether they have orgasms "often or always," or "rarely or never." They were then asked to walk 100 meters while being observed by two sexologists, who placed each woman in one of two groups: orgasmic or non-orgasmic. Get this - the sexologists placed them in the right group 81 percent of the time, signifying that they could tell how orgasmic each woman was based on her walk!

The researchers said that length of stride and the rotation of a woman's vertebrae may determine her vaginal orgasm potential, but other experts aren't really falling for this, and to be honest, I'm not either. I think every woman (as long as she is healthy and has no physical issues) should be capable of having an orgasm, and the way she walks has nothing to do with it. Maybe these woman are walking with joy and freedom because they have orgasms, or maybe just because they are happy people! What do you think?

The Walk of Shame Gets an Anthem

As if any of us needs an anthem and an energy drink to rally us out of some stranger's bed for the long sprint home in last night's heels. The folks over at AMP Energy think we need a song of support and some caffeine for these dreaded walks of shame, but that's not what we need. We need to forget last night ever happened and get the hell home, like, five hours ago. Two aspirin and a shower would be nice, too. That's what we need.
