Perhaps surprisingly, the increase in straying spouses comes in the form of new female members (although 70 percent of total users are men).

I spent Valentine's Day at a wedding. While I think V-day weddings are cheesy and totally over the top, that isn't what bugged me about this particular wedding. It's that it was on a Sunday. Considering I had to drive three hours to attend this wedding, the fact that the wedding was on a Sunday was a little inconvenient.

Only three days until Valentine's Day, which means we can soon put materialistic expressions of love behind us. But you can't really grasp the extent of Valentine's Day consumerism until you check out some of the more crazy creations out there on the market. I found 10 silly presents and I want you to tell me if they would make you laugh or cry if you received them this Sunday.

Receiving flowers at work might make your face turn as red as the roses, but for men, a whole other level of embarrassment could bloom. Convention holds that men are supposed to send flowers, and women are supposed to receive. Still, I don't buy it!

Maybe it's inevitable, but no other holiday seems to inspire more hate than Valentine's Day. Couples feel obligated; singles feel left out. There are plenty of good reasons — at least four — to hate it.

There are the obvious couples like The Notebook's Allie and Noah who are perfect life-long loves, but I am less interested in couples who are destined to be together and more in those who aren't but are together anyway.
