There are times when I am so stressed out that I just need a massage. It's totally relaxing and calms my mind and nerves brilliantly. We spend so much time giving of ourselves and helping others that sometimes, we need to stop and let someone else give to us for a change.

Thousands of anti-government protesters surrounded the Thai Parliament today, trapping legislators inside for more than five hours. The incident followed a day of street clashes that left more than 100 people injured. The siege was an escalation of a six-week sit-in seeking to change the country’s democratic system to weaken the electoral power of the rural poor.

The strikingly violent video game Grand Theft Auto IV will no longer be sold in Thailand, after a teenager murdered a taxi driver while trying to bring the virtual violence into reality. Video retailers have pulled the game off the shelves, and replaced it with other games. As for the teen who played the game for hours a day over a few years span, he now faces a possible death sentence.

Lucca, Italy has barred new ethnic restaurants from opening in its medieval center — but there's still no word whether an establishment could get away with putting moo shu pork on a pizza. The conservative city council says it wants to protect local specialties from an exotic-food invasion.
Hoping to clear things up, a spokesman said: "By ethnic cuisine we mean a different cuisine."

Thailand's opposition is set to form a new government, after protesters help wrestle power from the prime minister. Thai courts banished PM Somchai Wongsawat from politics thanks to electoral fraud. Shutting down Bangkok's airport proved to be the most successful protest tactic, but it also left 300,000 foreign travelers stranded.
