If you've been watching Oprah lately, you know that she's been spending a lot of time talking about spirituality, something that she considers to be the "most important foundation of anyone's life."

Spirituality comes in many different forms and it affects everyone uniquely, but whatever form it takes, it usually enables you to be the best version of yourself. With that said, being spiritual isn't for everyone, so what I want to know is . . .

Is Leona Lewis America's Next Super Diva?

As my girl in the UK pointed out, Leona Lewis' single "Bleeding Love" from her upcoming album Spirit is No. 1 on the American Billboard Hot 100 right now. Lewis is the winner of the British TV show X Factor and has folks like Simon Cowell and Clive Davis heavily invested in her success.

However, based on this song "Bleeding Love," her voice is strong but I'm not sure I can hear Xtina or Whitney material in there.

I'll keep an open mind, but for all the publicity Lewis is getting, I wonder if she'll be able to live up to the hype when her album drops here in the U.S. on April 18.

Do You Believe in Spirits?

Everyone has a theory about what happens after you pass away. Some feel that you go to heaven, some believe you are reborn again, and some people think that when you die, your spirit dies too. Then there are those who think that your spirit lives on as a guardian angel, and that spirits are found among people who are still living.

I've never had a personal experience with a spirit, but my mother has. One time, when I was 11 or 12, my mom and I were in the kitchen and she told me she could feel her sister's spirit in the room. I got shivers because her sister had passed away a few years before. It definitely freaked me out to think that my aunt's ghost was walking around the kitchen with us, but it comforted my mom.

So I'm wondering, have you ever had a supernatural experience? Have you ever felt the presence of a deceased friend or relative? Or do you think there are no such things as spirits?

Kristen, Kirsten, Garrett, and Their On the Road Gang Hit the Grand Palais at Cannes

Kristen Stewart hit the red carpet for her Cannes premiere of On the Road this evening. She had the company of costars Sam Riley, Garrett Hedlund, Tom Sturridge, and Kirsten Dunst. Kirsten wore pink Dior, and Kristen was in Balenciaga. The gang spent the whole day together, having attended a press conference and photocall earlier. The movie debuted at the film festival this morning - check out our movie review of On the Road. The picture is based on the classic 1957 Jack Kerouac novel, and in it Kristen plays Marylou, the object of affection for the two main characters, played by Sam Riley and Garrett Hedlund. It was a big risk for Kristen, who has actually been attached to the project since producers saw her in 2007's Into the Wild, because it involves more nudity than her Twilight movies.

At today's press conference, Kristen spoke about her character. She said, "I love Marylou. The character is so vivid, she jumps right off the page and slaps you in the face . . . If I had to choose one character who really, truly embodied the spirit of this book, it was her. She really is this amazing link between the two boys. It's a grand statement to make, but it might not have happened without her."

Tom Sturridge didn't bring along his pregnant partner Sienna Miller, but there were plenty of other celeb couples in attendance. Robert Pattinson turned up to support Kristen ahead of his own Cosmopolis debuting at Cannes this weekend. Sam Riley had wife Alexandra Maria Lara on his arm, and costars Garrett Hedlund and Kirsten Dunst were able to mix romance and work on the carpet.

Always on the go: Ginnifer often credits living in health-conscious LA for her active lifestyle. Whether she's going to Ballet Body or The Bar Method, her workouts gravitate toward leotards, the barre, and pliés. She also turns everyday excursions into an excuse to power walk, "I'll speed-walk a couple of miles, get a cup of coffee, speed-walk back. It’s so easy. It's a lifestyle not a diet: An outspoken fan of Weight Watchers, she credits the diet program for helping her maintain a healthy weight in realistic ways. She told People, "It takes time because you lose the weight slowly . . . You don't have to go through that horrible yo-yo cycle of binging." Even when counting points, Ginnifer can indulge in treats like her favorite dark chocolate or a pasta dinner. Ginnifer maintains a sense of balance when it comes to eating, so she never has to feel deprived.

Health is more than just weight loss: For Ginnifer, being healthy means being confident, feeling less stressed, and maintaining a well-rounded perspective in her life. She told Health, "Healthy is beautiful. Because what comes with health is a clear mind and a high spirit. When I’m not healthy, I can’t think straight, and I’m unhappy. I’ll realize that I’m an emotional mess, and it’s because I’m dehydrated. Or I’m cold and cranky, and it’s because I’m not exercising and my circulation is poor."

2011 Independent Spirit Awards: Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman is known for choosing crisp, clean lines, and at the Independent Spirit Awards red carpet, she does not fall astray. Her L'Wren Scott lacy red frock is sophisticated and feminine, and a cascade of curls tossed to the side brings it all together. Some pretty-in-pink makeup accents complement her look overall. But what I want to know is what you think. Does Nicole get it right in red?
