Jerusalem Shooter Identified

Thousands mourned the victims of yesterday's shooting attack at a Jewish Seminary in Jerusalem. Continuing a streak of sad news, this morning a female student killed two classmates and then turned the gun on herself at Louisiana Technical College in Baton Rouge.
