Is It a Good Idea to Stay For the Sake of the Kids?

Kids play a major role in relationships, but as we all know, not all marriages last forever. And though some couples march to the beat of their own drum, I'm not so sure I agree with the notion of staying together for the sake of the kids. Speculation of another celebrity couple, Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick, splitting hit the wire last week. Although this rumor is not yet confirmed, sources say that they aren't in love anymore but are trying to make it work for their son James Wilkie. While I completely understand the importance of kids growing up with two parents, sometimes divorce really is the better option - going through the motions can make it far too easy for kids to get the wrong message.

I feel lucky to have married parents that are truly in love, so I can only make an assumption as to what's best. What do you think? Is it a good idea for parents to stay in an unhappy relationship for the sake of the kids?

Okay, let’s be honest: Drew Barrymore was never really all that hot. In fact, hot was never the appropriate adjective for her. She was cute as a little kid in E.T. and sometimes adorable in her twenties, and now…well, now she’s just another talking chubby face attached to a chubby body that should know better than to be projected on a giant movie screen.

Sex and the City Billboards: Too Racy for Israel?

You won't find Carrie and Mr. Big making out on the street of Jerusalem. Sex and the City advertisers have decided to forgo marketing in Jerusalem and Petah Tikva, Israel, in order to avoid offending devoutly religious residents.

The ad company is worried that the word "Sex," as well as racy pictures of the films' stars could, provoke widespread objection. This isn't the first time SATC has employed a different marketing campaign in these locations. During the shows television heyday, a poster was modified to make Sarah Jessica Parker's outfit into a more modest ensemble.

Not wanting to be labeled prude, the city of Petah Tikva went out of its way to clarify that it had nothing to do with the decision. And, an official from Jerusalem called reports that the city had censored the billboards slanderous.

Are sexy posters offensive to even the non-religious? Is the company taking a paternalistic attitude toward these residents? Or are they just sensibly avoiding a confrontation and negative backlash?

Smart People came out on Friday and seeing Sarah Jessica Parker on the big screen got me more than excited to see the new Sex and the City movie. Now I could go on and on about her, but we're here to talk about Dennis Quaid! He's had a rough few months, but luckily he was able to escape in his role in this much buzzed about movie. We haven't seen him on the big screen in a while but I'm glad he's back. I've been a huge fan since he played a southern charmer/philanderer in Something to Talk About and although he's not the most photogenic, I happen to think he's a total babe. So ladies, even though he's very much taken, tell me, would you want to do, dump or marry Dennis Quaid?

Dear Poll: Would Put Your Baby on Display?

There's always been some sort of weird fascination with celebrity babies. Since we most likely won't be receiving their baby announcement, the paparazzi will do almost anything to fulfill the public's curiosity surrounding what they look like. But could you imagine having to deal with all that hoopla right after giving birth? In my opinion, it makes much more sense to grant photo ops on your own terms - Remember Sarah Jessica Parker and Mathew Broderick being calmly photographed on the steps of their New York hospital after she gave birth to James Wilke?

Ladies, if you were a pregnant celebrity or a new mom like Halle, Jennifer, Christina, or Nicole, would you put your baby on display and let the paparazzi get their million-dollar shot ala SJP or would you try to keep your baby away from the spotlight for as long as possible?

Do You Have The Patience To Help Someone Through Rehab?

Only a few short months after Nicole Kidman wed Keith Urban, he admitted himself into the Betty Ford Clinic for a drug and alcohol addiction. She has been extremely supportive and visits him often at the rehab center.

For some couples, addictions can tear them apart. Sarah Jessica Parker has said that she couldn't seem to help her ex flame Robert Downey Jr. during his addiction days and she believes it played a big part in their split.

Do you think that you are the kind of person that could be supportive, strong, and wait out your partners addiction and recovery? Or, do you think that you wouldn't be able to hack it and you'd run for the hills?
