I learned something new on Friday while watching Oprah's second installment of sex therapy with Dr. Berman. While I knew that our lady business is a self-cleaning organ, I learned that there is only one other organ that has that same ability.

In a report to be published next month, the UK's Sustainable Development Commission, headed by Porritt, recommends that the government limit population growth with better family planning programs.

With a Greek mayor who presided over outlawed gay marriages yesterday saying, "The laws on marriage simply do not specify any genders. To me, therefore, if something is not banned by law it is not illegal," now facing jail time for his actions, Japan's government is actually moving toward broader gender ideas.
Japan’s House of Councillors (like the US Senate) has unanimously passed legislation which will allow people with gender identity disorder to officially change their sex, giving Gender Identity Disordered (GID) people the ability to change the way the world perceives them — on paper.

A US government-funded medical information site that calls itself as the world's largest database on reproductive health has secretly begun to block searches on the word "abortion," hiding the nearly 25,000 search results available. People heading to the site looking for information would be hit with this exchange:

Answer: No records found by latest query.
The site is run by Johns Hopkins University and funded by USAID, a federal office that provides health-care funding to developing nations.
