Fights are inevitable in relationships, but do you ever purposely pick them just to rock the boat? Sometimes making up after an argument can make you feel closer to your significant other and while I'm not advocating fighting, there's something to be said about make-up sex! I can admit that I'm guilty of picking a stupid argument from time to time, but what about you?

Earlier this week, Rush Limbaugh taunted the Republican leadership, contending that President Obama had more to fear from Rush, than from them. In an interview with Politico, Congressman Tom Price, who leads the Republican Study Committee, came back with some tough words for Rush: It’s easy if you’re Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh or even sometimes Newt Gingrich to stand back and throw bricks. This must have totally made David Tree's day. Fighting fires during Australia's devastating heat wave, David suddenly spied a disoriented, thirsty Koala. (He keeps calling her a "he," but it was only later that they discovered her sex.) She seems wary at first, but as soon as he gives her some tasty H2O, she perks up and even extends her burnt little paw.

I have been on and off with my current boyfriend for almost three years now. With the drama and fights we've been through, I'm surprised we're still together. I know the majority of it is my doing and I accept that.

My boyfriend and I have been together for a year. Most of that year has been spent in petty arguments that I have created. I love him very much and we are great together when we aren't fighting.

Conservative pastors aren't waiting for the IRS to pick a fight— they're taking the fight to the IRS by asserting their self-declared constitutional right to endorse candidates from the pulpit.
The Alliance Defense Fund, which calls itself the antithesis of the ACLU, has organized "Pulpit Freedom Sunday." On September 28, recruited religious leaders will give political sermons, endorsing or opposing politicians by name and in violation of their nonprofit status.

- Nobel Peace Prize Awarded:
The 2008 Nobel Peace Prize was awarded this morning to former Finnish President Martti Ahtisaari. Chosen from a group of 197 people for his decades of cautious diplomatic work, the Nobel committee says he was picked, “for his important efforts in several continents and over three decades to resolve international conflicts," specifically his work to end South African domination in Namibia.

Moments after the opening bell this morning, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell below 8,000 amid news that the global markets are in a selloff. European markets fell more than 10 percent at opening and shares in Asia continued to decline amid fears of a huge global recession.
