Since it's National Pet Peeve Week I want to know: what gets under your skin? (Hopefully, it's not commemorative weeks for random things like pet peeves!) I'll start you off with some of mine.
- Emails that lack proper grammar and capitalization.

It seems that most of you feel being late is inconsiderate, and it sends a disrespectful message to those waiting for you. Is it just me or does it seem like there’s a big gender divide when it comes to expectations about marriage? A middle-aged, unwed man is considered to have made a choice to remain a bachelor, while an unmarried woman of the same age is assumed to be desperately waiting for a man to rescue her! Though we’re lucky enough to live in a society that values women’s rights, it’s still inevitable to encounter double standards.

I don’t care how much you love someone, you’ll eventually get into some arguments. However, what you fight about really depends on your specific personality traits, pet peeves, opinions, and personal histories. Not to mention that each particular type of relationship brings along its own set of complications and circumstances.

After reading all about your work pet peeves, I can say I honestly feel for a lot of you! It wasn't a shock to see how many people had gripes about their bosses, so ladies, if you could tell your boss one thing, without suffering from any consequences, do tell, what would you get off your chest?
