The thrill and passion of makeup sex has long been thought of — in the movies at least! — as one of the wonderfully pleasant consequences of a fight. In reality though, most fights don’t end in a torrent of released sexual tension, but maybe it’s something you have to set up from the get-go.

Hida Viloria, author of the upcoming book Mighty Hermaphrodite, has an inkling of the pain Caster Semenya's going through. Like the South African runner who was tricked into having her sex verified (she's now in hiding and on suicide watch), Viloria is an intersex person.

Last night I was at a restaurant with some friends and a girl in our party whipped out her compact and started powdering her nose right there at the table!! While I am not one to reapply my make up throughout the day/night, I understand that some women are very particular about their appearance -- but at the dinner table?? With a Greek mayor who presided over outlawed gay marriages yesterday saying, "The laws on marriage simply do not specify any genders. To me, therefore, if something is not banned by law it is not illegal," now facing jail time for his actions, Japan's government is actually moving toward broader gender ideas.
Japan’s House of Councillors (like the US Senate) has unanimously passed legislation which will allow people with gender identity disorder to officially change their sex, giving Gender Identity Disordered (GID) people the ability to change the way the world perceives them — on paper.
