2009 Victoria's Secret Show

The much talked about Victoria's Secret show took place yesterday afternoon in New York City. There were a lot of questions raised about who would walk in the show as many of the Angels, including Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima and Karolina Kurkova, are either pregnant or have just given birth. Fall is all about bundling up, but after experiencing The Lake & Stars Fall look book, I would rather strip down. It's romantic and brooding, innocent and old-fashioned, rolled into one. I am especially smitten with the coquettish triangle bras, and though they don't provide much support, they're lovely for a night in. I wonder if I can wear one over a tee during the day. Back in May we told you that glamorous lingerie house Fifi Chachnil would be creating a capsule collection for Topshop. Well, the wait is nearly over with the pieces due to hit stores next week on 28th July.

We couldn't resist sharing these '50s pin-up images with you from the ad campaign. It shows off beautifully the range of pieces which will be on offer for a fun lingerie look. Using fabrics such as lace and soft tulles the range includes babydolls, basques and garters.
