Hiroko the cat's owner bought a pair of spot-billed duck eggs and brought them home. He shut Hiroko in with them by mistake, and they hatched while he was gone. Instead of seeing the expected when he returned--feathers everywhere and no chicks--he instead found Hiroko snuggling with them and gently grooming them.
