Since I know you ladies find a man with a hairy chest sexy, I'd love to have your thoughts about gents that wear the exposed chest hair look. Personally, I think a couple of buttons undone and a little chest exposure done right can be a turn on, but on some guys, I’ve seen it look more than a little sleazy. So what do you think? Is the exposed chest hair look a turn on or a total turn off?

Facial hair is like a male accessory; whether a guy has some or not, it always says something about his particular style. And if he does keep facial hair, his particular trim job is what makes him unique. Maybe he goes for the lower lip flavor-saver or the rugged and masculine scruffy beard. Whatever his choice may be, facial hair can make a man shine or simply give him that unkempt look that some women do find incredibly appealing. Personally, I appreciate anything that highlights a man’s jawline, but I prefer the well-groomed look to facial hair. Do you find facial hair sexy?

Group Therapy: I Need a Change

I just broke up with my boyfriend of five years, because he was lying to me about his relationship with his son's mom. Ever since this happened, I've been dying to get to the salon and get a fresh new do. If I do get it cut, I want to go the route of Victoria Beckham. My hair comes down past the middle of my back right now, and I have been growing it out for years, so I am very apprehensive about chopping it all off. I have been wanting to do it for a while but always chickened out, or my boyfriend would convince me not to because he loves my long hair (yuck).

Do you think making a drastic change like this is good when you are feeling a bit broken-hearted, or is too impulsive given the circumstances? I don't want to end up crying and regretting it, but I feel like I could really use a change right about now.

Dear Poll: Have You Ever Cried Over a Bad Haircut?

There are some things that can make a person more upset than they should be and a bad haircut is definitely one of them. Of course logically, we know that hair will grow, but at the time, when you’re staring at your new 'do while huge chunks of your hair surrounds you on the floor, there’s an accompanying feeling of panic and dread.

I’m not going to lie, I’ve walked out of a salon, got in my car, and burst into tears. I hope I’m not alone in having one of these mini breakdowns so ladies, what I want to know is, have you ever cried over a completely terrible cut job?

Group Therapy: A Question About My Mole

I have a mole on my jawline. It's perfectly normal, but it grows this one little black hair right in the center of it. Nobody else notices, but it drives me nuts! I've been plucking it, but I worry that it may do something to the mole, and it looks like it's growing back sooner and thicker each time.
Is there a safe way to get rid of it?

Make sure you haven't just broken up with your boyfriend, found out you're pregnant, moved to a new city, or had a death in your family before you drastically change your look.
If you have ever had short hair before, think back honestly about how you liked your look.
One major concern some women have about cutting their hair short is thinking their face will look fat so if you have concerns about your weight, don't do it!
To see how you might look with the short 'do before actually cutting your hair, take a Polaroid picture of yourself against a black background. Use a black Sharpie and draw over your hair to where you would like to cut it, almost like you're erasing it, and see how you look! It's the best way to experiment with your hair without actually cutting it.
Flip through magazines and look for cuts you like on models with a similar shaped face as yours and bring your tears to the salon to show your stylist.
Don't go to a new stylist if you are making a major change to your hair. Trust your regular stylist to give his or her honest opinion as to if your idea will look good on you and if it will work with your kind of hair.
It's always fun to take chances and change up your look so keep in mind that even if you don't like your haircut, it will grow back.

A girlfriend of mine just noticed her first gray hair! Since I haven't spotted one on myself yet, I couldn't commiserate with her, but since we aren't getting any younger, I thought now would be a good time to address the issue!

First and foremost, don't panic! Most of us will eventually get gray hair and, in the grand scheme of things, it isn't the end of the world
The science behind our hair going gray is down to the cells in our hair follicles called Melanocytes. Over time, the Melanocytes stop generating pigment which causes our hair to have a transparent appearance in turn, looking gray against our darker hair
If you have a lot of grays that you want to get rid of, find a great hair stylist. Get your hair colored every six to eight weeks and stick with highlights and or low lights, as they have a smoother grow out period than all over color
I was always under the impression that if you pluck one gray hair, more will grow, but luckily, it's an old wives' tale. Since the hair is technically dead, all you are doing is removing a dead cell from the follicle, which will not cause more to grow
Unfortunately, going gray is just a part of getting older. Some go prematurely gray while others, thanks to their genes, don't go gray until later in life, and some are lucky enough to not go gray at all. Then there are some that look great with their gray hair, or even salt and pepper (George Clooney anyone?!) so whatever your reaction is to the change, try to keep it all relative!
