Thanksgiving is the one holiday dedicated to being grateful for what you have, something we could all do a lot more of if you ask me. It's now 100 percent confirmed that Levi Johnston will bare 100 percent in Playgirl, but don't worry — the photos of the 19-year-old Sarah Palin nightmare will be "tastefully done." The teen dad will shoot the pics on Nov. 16, the same day Levi's ex-future-mother-in-law Sarah Palin is set to make an appearance on Oprah.

This sobering CNN video takes us into one of only a dozen women's shelters in Kabul, Afghanistan. According to nongovernmental agencies, 90 percent of Afghan women are victims of domestic abuse.

In addition to math, science, and English exams, a New York high school is offering its students an even greater variety of tests: they will now have access to free and confidential pregnancy and STD tests.
Officials at Port Chester High School say they just want to offer students comprehensive health services. The school's clinic, run by Open Door, already offers immunizations, physicals, and vision and hearing tests.
