Celine Dion is so thoughtful. Here she is making such a ridiculous fool of herself that it saves all the comedians from even trying. Now that is graciousness! When I think of metal, or guitars, or even music, Celine Dion is not the first person to come to mind. And yet, she rules. I think it's the utter obliviousness. (But, my lord, that outfit is tragic.)

Can you refer to your own singing as a "magical moment"? Can you pound on your chest like a caveman in place of saying thank you? Can you put people on the spot and be oblivious to your own awkwardness? Can you b-b-b-beatbox in a tight-ass pair of bell bottoms and call it cool? No. You cannot. Her work is done here.

OMG-why isn't this real?! "Celine," shown here in Gucci stilettos and with backup dancers, provides even more inspiration than usual by walking us through her workout. Bonus? She never stops talking in her charming French Canadian accent. I will watch this over and over and over again. Perhaps you should, too. Lordy, Celine Dion is something else.

Maybe I was a little harsh by calling Her Royal Full of Herself names. At the time, I didn't realize that Celine's obsession with herself was only one small facet of a sparkling multi-dimensional persona- WOW, imagine that! The woman's got enough drive to bust a mean hip thrust, enough kook to pull out "The Claw," and enough humility to look at herself in the mirror and start barking. It's official: I heart her.

In 1999, Celine Dion was nominated for her song "My Heart Will Go On" in the mega-hit Titanic. Why she showed up in an outfit that gives new meaning to the expression "back asswards" I'm really not sure. Woman's pantsuit from the front, man's suit from the back, this fashion disaster by John Galliano, the fabulous English designer for Dior, must've been a prank. Avant garde is not the first thing I think of when I hear the name "Celine..."
