Throughout the election, Will.i.am was a vocal and musical supporter of Barack Obama, so it makes sense that he would finish it off with one more video. As usual there are celebrity cameos — Fergie, Kerry Washington, Olivia Wilde and my personal favorite Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick — mixed up with Obama images and headlines from around the world. It's a pretty uplifting song, but I'm sure there are a few of you out there who are sick of his videos.

In this beautiful and stirring video, stars from Nick Cannon to Amber Valletta follow along with the Will.i.am remix of Barack Obama's remarkable Yes We Can speech that followed his New Hampshire defeat.

If you thought Democrats were pro-choice, you might want to think again. The recently passed healthcare bill coming out of the Democrat-controlled House of Representatives could significantly decrease access to abortion even for Americans on private insurance plans.
After a 290-194 vote, the House passed an amendment Saturday that bans the use of federal funds to cover abortion for anyone using the public healthcare plan.

The news about the gang rape of a teenage girl in Richmond, CA, outside a homecoming dance while others watched and did nothing continues to get crazier.
A seventh suspect (the oldest so far at age 21) was arrested today, but even as details about the horrific crime continue to come out, one of the youngest accused rapists, who is 15, seems to have unlikely supporters: teenage girls on his MySpace page.
It's not clear if they think he's innocent, but they hope he's freed and that anyone who "snitched" on him gets theirs.
