The openness of the animal kingdom continues to astound me. This baby tiger is being raised by a sow alongside piglets in the Guandong province of China. I know I'm getting all Disney on you guys, but in this harsh world, it's nice to know that, even if only for a time, predator and prey can get along.

More cute 'n sleepy for y'all, and although this adorable tiger cub couldn't look anymore harmless- Pooh Bear's in quite another state. In fact, I think he's about to strain himself into developing a hernia and then he can kiss his honey hunting days goodbye.
Interspecies Love: A Brief But Intense Affair
Ah, young love. After a pair of baby Sumatran tiger twins and a pair of baby orangutans were abandoned by their mothers in the wilds of Indonesia, they ended up playing, cuddling and lovin' on each other at the Taman Safari Zoo. They've loved and frolicked for a month now with no fights, but their love affair will not last the spring.

This Gibbon monkey is acting like a Saturday morning cartoon character. He keeps taunting these tiger cubs, eluding them every time they try to get him back. At least he's smart enough to pick on someone his own size!
