Halloween Costume Idea: Ursula the Sea Witch

The costume: Ursula
For all her evil, there's something distinctively sexy (and cool) about power-hungry Ursula the Sea Witch from The Little Mermaid. If you're ready to step over to the dark side this Halloween, she's also a simple way to go bad in the best way possible.

Hair and makeup: Ursula is great, because you just need some purple face paint, red lipstick, and white temporary hair color or a cheap wig for her entire "look." If you're going the temporary color route, style your hair up as high as it will go (if it's short, you want it standing on end), and shellac it down with the spray color. Then slather yourself in face paint (preferably in liquid form if you want it to be fast), and pop on your red lips.

What to wear: A long, strapless black dress with slits in it to create the look of tentacles.

Take it to the next level: Instead of just cutting out tentacles, grab four pairs of opaque black tights and stuff them full of newspaper or plastic bags, then glue or sew them on your dress. Your extra legs will get plenty of dance floor space.

They say that naughty visuals are hidden in many of the Disney films, but I have yet to find them. I can't say the same for this version of The Little Mermaid, in which Ariel openly sings of her dirrty wants, fantasies and STDs. Whoever rewrote this song has poor Walt Disney rolling over in his grave. Is nothing sacred?! (Thanks, College Humor!)

Jennifer Morrison Talks About the Fairy Tale She Wants on Once Upon a Time and Emma's New Love Interest

Jennifer Morrison plays Emma on Once Upon a Time, the show's reluctant heroine who has been chosen to break the curse of a town full of fairy-tale characters. I chatted with Morrison about the series, and I had to know how she felt about Graham's shocking death and whether we'll ever see him again. We also discussed the upcoming tales we'll get to see on the show, including the story Morrison would love to see play out. BuzzSugar: We were really upset when Graham died; were you sad when you found out it was going to happen?
Jennifer Morrison: Well, we knew what was coming in the story line since the beginning of the season. But all of us were upset because we love Jamie Dornan, and I thought he was just absolutely fabulous in the show. We all were very close, you know? So it felt like a huge loss, not just on the show, but just personally. We were all really close friends, and we still feel that loss. It feels weird with him not being in Vancouver with us.

Buzz: Is there any way that Dornan might return?
JM: The thing is, just because he died in reality doesn't mean that he can't return as the huntsman, because those are flashbacks. So, depending on the structure of the show, and the story we decide to tell, as far as I understand, there's room for him to exist still in fairy-tale land.

Buzz: With him gone, is Emma getting another love interest?
JM: Well, this last episode that aired, there's a stranger that comes to town, played by Eion Bailey, who is in that very last scene in that last episode that aired. I don't know for sure where they're cutting this at, but I know that there is a possibility that this stranger in town could somehow be connected to Emma at some point. Beyond that, I don't really know.

Jessica Alba Lands in Cabo to Start a Mexican Family Vacation

Jessica Alba touched down in Cabo yesterday with her daughters, Haven and Honor. Haven, who's just 4 months old, was safe in her stroller while Honor helped with the bags. A few fans asked Jessica to pose for a picture, and the actress sweetly complied. Jessica's husband, Cash Warren, had no trouble easing into the relaxing. He was pictured spending the afternoon at an outdoor bar, drinking beers with pals.

Jessica and Cash are set to ring in the new year in Mexico with family and friends. The fun started last night, though, when Honor did a Little Mermaid routine with two other youngsters. It was an extra special year for Honor, who, in addition to welcoming a sister, got to visit with Santa and open up a bright pink Barbie car on Christmas morning.

Along with strength and flexibility, these forms of mind-body exercise help you learn to breathe deeply and effectively.

Basically, your lungs are just a bit smaller than your rib cage, but we all tend to breathe in just the top third of the lungs. One reason is that, like all muscles, the intercostals, which run between the ribs, can get tight and inflexible, limiting the expansiveness of your lungs. With a little training and some stretching, you can breathe to your full potential and increase your endurance.

Jennifer Garner dressed up last night for the AFI Fest premiere of Butter at LA's Grauman's Chinese Theatre. She was decked out in a silk playsuit for the red carpet event while her costar Olivia Wilde went with a lacy peach dress. We snagged a moment with Jennifer on her way inside, and she revealed that daughters Violet and Seraphina don't watch many of her movies. Jen said they barely have the attention span to check out Ariel in The Little Mermaid, but she hopes they'll enjoy the upcoming The Odd Life of Timothy Green.

It was Jennifer's second fancy evening of the weekend, after she met up with her Arthur buddy Russell Brand Saturday for the Motion Picture and Television Fund's Reel Stories, Real Lives event. Olivia didn't join Jen there, instead she went to LACMA's Art + Film gala. The socializing took a toll on Olivia, but her thoughts were really with those across the country running the New York marathon. She tweeted yesterday, "In honor of the NYC marathoners I'm going to eat carbs and Gatorade all day long. I'm also doing a lot of mental calf stretching. Not easy."
