I was out with friends earlier this week, and one of my buddies couldn't stop talking about all the couples he saw when he went to a strip club for his friend's bachelor party — I guess he was surprised by the number of women there. Though I'm not a fan of strip clubs myself — I just feel so bad for the women that are being objectified — I know many women who enjoy going with their significant others. Perhaps they like to keep tabs on their men, or maybe they genuinely enjoy it — whatever the reason, to each her own!

The gal wearing the boots? Oh that's not a stripper, that's the babysitter.
Thanks, College Humor!

It's unfathomable how this title could cross the desks of editors, designers, and publishers without someone mentioning its other interpretation to poor Eleanor. But no one did, and there she is, standing tall and proud on the cover, waving her hand in the air like she just don't care. You can find the book on Amazon, where you'll also find a featured picture (see below) of a quilt casually tossed onto a chair.

This guy is practicing random acts of kindness random acts of grossness on the subway. I'm surprised no one's clocking him—but I know I'd laugh my ass off if this happened on my way to work. Then I'd have to tell an officer I found a suspicious package on the train.

This Orangina commercial is really making waves on the Internet and not because of its juicy product appeal. It's got everything from bipedal, dancing deer to flamingo draped stripper poles to peacock showgirls and octopus lap dances — seriously. Can we not corrupt the wild with our own effed up representations of gender?

Stripper Mistakenly Sent to School, Whips Teen
Some poor kid's mother ordered a "Gorilla Gram" to embarrass her son on his 16th birthday. The gorilla was supposed to show up to the boy's UK high school and give him a good, old-fashioned song and dance. Mom's plan backfired when the company accidentally sent a stripper, who promptly gave the teen a public spanking and paraded him around the classroom on a leash for being a "bad boy."

Alternative, hip-hop, country, rock, and now: lap dance. A radio station in Denver recently underwent a format change to become 101.5 The Pole, devoted to "classic nonstop stripper hits" from the '80s and beyond. Though it may just be a temporary stunt while the station transitions to an actual new format, The Pole is indeed spinning strip-centric hits until further notice.

Who manufactures and installs these lame stripper poles? There's now a whole new genre of video that shows hard-workin' pole dancers practicing their craft at home, only to have the poles collapse by the end of their routines. Since this is happening so much, just to spice things up, they could incorporate a comedy routine into their shows at the strip joints where they work.
