The FCC's cell phone guidelines recommend keeping the device 15 mm away from the body, which is conveniently the width of a frozen burrito! Stephen Colbert: Who Needs Planned Parenthood, There's Walgreens!

A Republican attempt to defund Planned Parenthood and other family-planning clinics nearly shut the government down last week. The Democrats were able to stop it, although they conceded a provision preventing Washington DC from using nonfederal money for abortions.

Last night, Stephen Colbert managed to find some humor in the attempt to decrease access to reproductive and women's health services. He called out Arizona senator Jon Kyl for lying on the Senate floor when he said 90 percent of what Planned Parenthood does is abortion (it's only three percent) - "Kyl just rounded up to the nearest 90." Senator Kyl's office released a statement, saying he didn't intend for it be factual. And Fox & Friends explained why there's no need for Planned Parenthood, which provides services like cancer screenings and Pap smears, because it's "what you can get at Walgreens." He may not be part of our list of Twitter-obsessed celebs, but Stephen Colbert has won the first ever Golden Tweet Award. The honor, which was bestowed upon him by Twitter cofounder Biz Stone, is recognition for one of his June tweets regarding the BP oil spill.

Stephen Colbert hosted his show from Washington DC last night, and got us excited for the premiere of The Real Housewives of DC with Andy Cohen, Bravo's vice president of production and programming. As he sipped a cocktail, Andy talked about the White House party crashers, who are cast members of The Real Housewives of DC.

Bravo was taping Tareq and Michaela Salahi when they crashed Obama's state dinner (the first time), and the event will play out in the eyes of the other housewives. But all these details were mere preparation for the interview's highlight: Andy and Stephen reenacting a fight between Bethenny Frankel and Kelly Bensimon from RHNY.
