The Hills returned last night with many heart-to-heart talks - some of them surprising, others predictable. In the second episode of the new season, Stephanie and her brother Spencer have it out over how he treats Heidi. In the clip below, Stephanie points out that he's not exactly treating Heidi well and claims, "If I was a therapist, I'd be a millionaire with how many conversations I have with Heidi."

I can definitely identify with that one; some of my friends would owe me serious cash if I started charging for my services, but I don't mind. How about you: Do you have a friend whose therapy needs could make you millions?

In what may have been 2008's most predictable race - more predictable, even, than Javier Bardem's Oscar for No Country For Old Men - the results are in for this year's biggest celebrity douchebag poll. The winner, by a stunning margin, is The Hills' Spencer Pratt.

Do Tell: Would You Elope?

It's no secret that Heidi and Spencer eloped in Mexico, but after watching how it all came to fruition last night on The Hills, I couldn't help but feel badly for Heidi - was it just me or did she look incredibly sad the morning after her big day? Her family was clearly part of the reason why Spencer whisked her away, but it seemed as though she was disappointed that her family wasn't there to support her, let alone offer their blessing. While marriage is a personal commitment between husband and wife, do tell, would you ever elope on a whim like Heidi and Spencer did?

What Advice Would You Give Heidi?

If you shake your head during Heidi and Spencer's scenes on The Hills, I can assure you that you're not alone. Though I'm pretty certain most of their antics are just for show, knowing that these two are together in real life makes me more than concerned. Is it just me or do they seem not to even like each other? Clearly they are both attracted to the drama of it all, but their constant bickering must be exhausting, not to mention annoying to be around. Since we all know that love can be blinding, tell me what advice you would give Heidi if you had the chance to knock some sense into her - or the character she plays?

This is King Douche's idea of an apology. Surprise, Surprise. In this week's episode of The Hills, Pratt made his sister tear up - or rather, she made herself tear up - and the DB had the ~~heart~~ nerve to console her with this backhanded, smartass apology. No hug. No "thank you for letting me indefinitely move in, mope around, and douche up your condo." No decency whatever. Leave it to Spence to make a simple "I'm sorry" sound crass, crude, and offensive. Help! My skin. It's crawling.

I'm all for getting a man's opinion and perspective on life, but how would you feel about getting advice from Spencer Pratt? Radar magazine has hired him to be its new advice columnist, tackling topics ranging from hot girls to family matters. His self-titled column, Yo Spencer! will debut online on March 25 and in the magazine's April issue. Sure, he's outspoken and opinionated, but don't you think he should work on his own life before offering up advice to anyone else? Ladies, what I want to know is, would you take, and trust advice from Spencer Pratt?

The Hills: A Surprisingly Chaste Discussion of Chastity

Even if I didn't save myself for marriage, I have friends who did, often for religious reasons, and it was sweet to imagine them having a real "wedding night" on their wedding night. On last night's episode of The Hills, Heidi's Southern-Baptist high-school boyfriend, Colby, and his girlfriend come to visit; the couple doesn't drink and sleeps in separate hotel rooms. They're very open about the fact that they're waiting to do "it" until saying "I do."

If the other option is turning out like Spencer Pratt, maybe saving yourself for marriage isn't a bad idea. And as I recently learned, there doesn't necessarily have to be a separation of church and sex. How do you feel about the idea? Did you wait until marriage to do the deed? Did you have friends who did?

What's the Best Replacement For the Word "Douchebag"?

I keep hearing calls to retire the word "douchebag" because it's played out or overused. (Here and here, for example.) Really? So is the word "the," but we still need it! I mean, with people like Nikki Sixx and Spencer Pratt around, we have to have a word that adequately signifies a thing that's really bad for women. I plan on still using it, but if we had to, what's the best replacement for "douchebag"?
