Unless you’re currently trying for children, your sex life is probably focused on not getting pregnant as much as it is on the sex itself. Since we know all about the various methods of contraception out there, we also know that none of them are 100 percent effective. If you’re having sex, there’s always a slim possibility you could get pregnant. And if you have a regular period, missing it for even a day could send you rushing out for pregnancy tests. So ladies, in your attempts to avoid it, have you ever had a pregnancy scare?

Group Therapy: What Should I Do About Him?

I've been with my boyfriend for a year and a half, and we argue a lot. He gets mad very easily and insults me, but when he's not mad, he treats me really well and is very romantic. The problem is that I love him with all my heart and I can't just forget him. Every time he hurts me, he wants me to "forget it and move on" like he does, but I just can't. If I get emotional, he just gets angrier. I've told him how I feel about this, and he either blames me or promises never to do it again.

Everybody tells me that he doesn't deserve me and that I'm too nice for him. I've tried to forget him and not talk to him, but I just can't. I feel so empty without him. If I don't call him he doesn't call for a week, and then if I do call, he's mad and asks me why I haven't called. We just started college, and we're going to different schools; I'm scared that he will find someone else. I really love him. What should I do? Has anyone been through something similar?

These days, if a woman admits to being sad about her single status or reveals that she's scared she might end up alone, she's suddenly considered needy or unempowered. Though we may not be rushing out to alert our friends of these thoughts for fear of judgment, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with feeling a tinge of trepidation at the thought of being alone - it's totally normal for both genders to want companionship! So without worries of being labeled as something you're not, answer this: Are you scared of being alone?

When a wild animal is discovered running loose on the streets, peeps go batsh*t. The animal, on the other hand, remains as calm as can be. The following surveillance footage shows what happens when unsuspecting pedestrians have surprise encounters with animals typically found in the wild. Their reactions, although totally warranted, are hilarious. Most of them make a run for it. Meanwhile, a tiger with a Frisbee in his mouth is left wondering where the hell he can find a bottle of agua up in this liquor store . . .

Walking home from a friend’s house late on a Thursday night, you notice a man hovering about a block behind you. He seems to be minding his own business, so you try not to worry and instead, focus on getting home quickly. However in just a few minutes he’s only 20 feet behind you.

Of course there’s no way to be sure that he’s following you, but your gut tells you something is wrong. You’re a minute away from your house, so how would you handle this?

Sometimes it feels like every time I turn around there’s a new statistic or study that’s related to the increasing divorce rate. While that kind of research certainly has its place, frankly, it can get pretty depressing. Fortunately, I know a lot of amazing married couples to remind me that these percentages are just numbers. But even so, it can still feel like divorce is practically inevitable. So ladies, do tell: Does talk about doomed marriages make you hesitate when it comes to taking the next step?

Poor Mom. She had a rough week at work, long nights at home, and very little snooze time in between. Now that the weekend has arrived, she can finally catch up on her beauty rest and get lost in a sweet dream or two. Or three. Little does she know, that pint-sized demon she can't disown is running around the house with a camera in hand, cuz he's about to give dear ol' mom the ultimate wake-up call.
