Boyfriend got a ruler tattooed to his inner thigh so he can measure his manhood when need be. I'm sure all the dudes in the locker room are jealous - or maybe not, depending on the ruler's final verdict. Methinks someone's placing too much emphasis on the size of his ship. Why give the mighty ruler a leg to stand on when men can be measured by a plethora of other qualities, such as how douchey they are? This dude assures that the tatt was inked as a joke. Earlier this week I posted a comical Internet find: the Condometric, a condom with a ruler printed on it. While I thought it was a funny knick-knack, I realized that I've never asked you how you feel about size below the belt! The debate continues as to whether or not penis size matters, and since the answer depends on who you ask, now's your chance to tell us if it matters to you!

I happen to think that the People I've Slept With Pillowcase I stumbled upon online was rather hilarious. On the tacky side for sure, but I definitely got a few chuckles over it! I actually found another bedroom item I thought I'd share with you. It's called Condometric.

Yes folks, it's a condom that has a ruler printed on it. Now when your man brags about how big he is, you'll know if he's telling the truth or not! This calibrated condom can also be a confident way for a guy to show off what he's got when he's with someone new; you know, because penis size is one of the most important things a girl considers when finding a boyfriend! So tell me, what do you think about this condom? Is it a brilliant idea you wish you thought of, or is it just totally tasteless?

Ban Ki-Moon in Myanmar: UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has begun his tour the devastated Irrawaddy Delta in Myanmar. He is set to meet with military ruler Gen Than Shwe hoping to persuade the government to accept more aid for cyclone victims. So far the government has blocked large-scale international assistance, and foreign agencies say they are able to deliver just 30 percent of what they would like. The death toll from Cyclone Nargis is currently 78,000 dead, with another 56,000 missing. The UN says that fewer than a 25 percent of the 2.4 million people affected have received aid.

Oil Spikes Three Days: Oil cost attained a new record for highest price for a third straight day, topping $135 a barrel. OPEC producer Saudi Arabia last week said it had raised production by 300,000 barrels per day, but the news had minimal impact on the market.
Farm Bill and Tax Package: The House voted 316-to-108 to override President Bush's veto of the Farm Bill. The vote was well over the two-thirds needed. Bush said in his veto announcement, “for a year and a half, I have consistently asked that the Congress pass a good farm bill that I can sign. Regrettably, the Congress has failed to do so. At a time of high food prices and record farm income, this bill lacks program reform and fiscal discipline.” The House also passed a $54 billion tax package. The measure renews tax breaks that have expired or will expire soon and provides new tax relief in the form of child tax-credits and breaks for renewable energy.

Last night on The Colbert Report, Arianna Huffington explained that John McCain's passion for Iraq is "his Viagra." Ariannna, the supreme ruler of the liberal site The Huffington Post, discussed how she fell out of love with her former hero McCain, while promoting her new short-titled book: Right Is Wrong: How the Lunatic Fringe Hijacked America, Shredded the Constitution, and Made Us All Less Safe.

The Huffington Post is not shy about its agenda - and love for Barack Obama. The fact that the site features unabashedly left-leaning opinions, often written by public officials or celebrities, probably means you either love it or hate it. I actually spend more time reading the comments, which are often fiery, but surprisingly nuanced.

Do you enjoy a regular dose of the Greek-born populous Arianna? Or, do you find The Huffington Post too partisan of a pill to swallow?

The How-To Lounge: Staying Focused

I recently received an e-mail from a woman who just landed her dream job, but she works from home. While some people think working from home is ideal, others find it extremely distracting and difficult to stay focused and organized. In this How-To Lounge, I will offer up some tips on how to set up a proper working environment in your home so you can meet your goals and stay organized.

Be sure to set aside a specific room or area in your home that is only for working. Even if you live in tight quarters, it is important to differentiate work space from living space in order to stay focused
Be sure you have a desk. Working on a couch or in your bed will only make you feel lazy and unproductive
Just because you aren't meeting with clients or going into the office, be sure to wake up at the same time you would if you were going into an office and most importantly, get out of your sweat pants. Working in your PJs is bound to make you feel lazy and lethargic
Shop for supplies. Make sure you have at least one of everything: stapler, paper clips, pens, envelopes, stamps, printer paper, scissors, a ruler, calculator, etc. You don't want to have to rush out in the middle of your day to get that one thing you forgot at Office Depot
Keep your work space clean and clutter free. It is much more difficult to concentrate if you are worried about the mess around you
Some people work well with background noise, but a TV can be extremely distracting, so I advise you to keep it off if you have one in the same room in which you work
Limit personal calls and e-mails throughout the day, just as you would if you were to be working in a group office. Getting caught up with an old friend can easily get you off track
Before you dive into your work, plan out your day. Having a road map and a To Do list will make your day much more productive especially if you have trouble with procrastinating
If you work from home because you have young children, be sure to use their nap time as your quiet time to get most of your work done
Be sure to take breaks just as you would at a destination office. Get some air every few hours and eat lunch away from your desk
If you have errands to run, be sure to take one trip so you are not continually disrupting your day

The Inch Perfect vibrator was probably invented by a dude, and this commercial, which shows a rocket launching into space with inches marked off on it like a ruler, was probably directed by one, too. They just don't believe us when we say it's not the size of the boat, but the motion in the ocean (or the size of the rocket, but the movement in the atmosphere...or something.)
