This story is très bizarre and très depressing. When plastic surgeon Reza Vossough met his future bride Cany, he identified a few areas for improvement — specifically, her chest, thighs, eyes, lips, butt, stomach, and forehead. Lucky for Reza, once he and Cany got married he performed eight procedures that would turn his 33-year-old wife into his "perfect woman."

Perky contestants vied for the crown of Miss Plastic Hungary this week. Only women who have gone under the knife were invited to participate in the artificial-beauty pageant held in Budapest. Botox wouldn't qualify you, but one contestant's surgically adjusted toes did get her included.

American women may want bigger boobs, but British men want smaller ones — on themselves, that is.
Turns out there was a 44 percent increase year over year in men who want to get rid of their larger-than-normal "man boobs," aka moobs. A moob job to reduce their size is now the fifth most popular cosmetic surgery procedure for men.

Hoping to put the whole ordeal behind her, Florida woman Sharhonda Lindsay plead guilty this week to administering illegal silicone butt injections. While the idea of butt implants might make you chuckle, Sharhonda's crime is pretty scary. Two women were hospitalized with serious injuries as a result of the dangerous at-home procedure.

Club kids in Japan are kicking extreme body modification up a notch by having lumps and bumps injected into their foreheads (and other body parts) via saline inflations or injections of saline into bags that are inserted under the skin. These self-inflicted deformations (like the bagel face saline implantations above) look insane, but they can be deflated by the next day.

New employees who sign a three-year contract can choose between free breast implants, liposuction, or tummy tucks. Breast implants typically cost three times the average nurse's monthly salary, so it's a great deal!
