Pandas Given Chicken Soup to Soothe Stress

I guess chicken soup is good for the panda's soul, too. According to the Telegraph, zookeepers in Sichuan, China, have been feeding good ol' chicken soup to pandas Xiwang and Weiwei to help calm them during an increase in zoo visitors, and to give them a nutritional boost during the colder months. Turns out pandas don't just eat bamboo, they're known to eat insects and small birds occasionally in the wild. Although probably not stewed with veggies and spices and served piping hot. Mmm . . . soup.

One sneezing panda took the Internet by storm and became an overnight viral video star not too long ago. If his single sneeze resulted in 15 minutes of fame, then imagine what a record-breaking 14 sneezes (in one sitting!) will do for our panda friend below. Who said bad allergies were a curse? They just might be this guy's claim to fame . . .

If you have the time, pull up a chair, sit down, and watch these little pandas go at it for what seems an eternity. They are really getting into it! Somewhere midway in the vid, when one of them is on his tippy toes swatting the other one on the head, I noticed that it looks like they're wearing furry, black leg warmers. Too freaking cute! I cry uncle.
