The Sports Report Done With Dolls

I'm not much into athletics, but if all sports highlights involved dolls and stuffed animals, then maybe I'd have a change of heart. The following sportscaster wanted to give his viewers a lively recap, but NCAA regulations prohibited the use of game time footage. So our dude did what any self-respecting sports buff would do - he raided his daughter's toy chest for the win. Score!

Dumbasses of the Day: Drag Racing News Crews

Local news crews are always in a race to get to the scene of a story first. Two El Paso news teams took their competitive streak to a new level by racing their expensive, fully-equipped news vans on a local drag strip. It was an unplanned event, but a cheering crowd persuaded both crews to get in gear for the ultimate news rush. Neither of the vans were damaged, but one dude lost his job. Want a Horse? Of Course!

Back in the day, I waited tables, and I have no idea how I would've reacted if some dude, instead of tipping me, decided to give me a horse. This actually happened to this lady, and she seems happy about it! I speak for most waitresses, I think, when I say that cash is better than a poem, compliments on what a great waitress you are (minus the tip), or. . . a barnyard animal. But maybe that's just me.

I love this approach: When you can't make a tough decision, let someone else do the deciding for ya. Notice that the kitty isn't giving an ultimatum - the hubby is. So who do you think is easier to live with? . . . Decision done!

A Ghost Caught on Tape?

An attendant at this Ohio gas station recently spotted a mysterious blue presence hovering on the surveillance video footage of the pumps outside. Locals and camera crews got wind of this discovery and stopped by to get spooked. Was it a paper bag? A deceased "Indian" chief? The ghost of cheap gas prices? No one knows for sure...(Methinks it's the ghost of a slow news day!)
