What better way to spend your Tokyo vacation than dropping trou, skinny dipping on royal property, throwing rocks at police, and causing general havoc while your junk flaps in the breeze? According to Japan Probe, the middle-aged man jumped in to retrieve a friend's bag that had dropped, but it looks to me like he's having a good ol' time. Apparently it took the cops over an hour and a half to nab him! Heroic effort, naked guy.
