She's the NYC Upper East Side resident who suffered a skull fracture from a bizarre accident in the 1997 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The Cat in The Hat float fell into a lamppost which landed on her head putting her in a twenty four day coma.</p> <p>On Wednesday, Oct 11th, Kathleen was yet again, a victim of another random act. Her high-rise apartment was crashed into by an airplane flown by NY Yankees pitcher, Cory Lidle. Thankfully she was not home, however the engine landed in her bedroom and burned her apartment down. </p> <p>It really makes you wonder when two random acts like this strike the same person. Do you believe in bad luck?
