Play a Practical Joke on Your Friends With UnevenGoogle

First, a disclaimer: I am not really advocating practical joke-playing, but this new site is cracking me up, and I must confess, I can't wait to switch the bookmarks on someone's browser. At first look, UnevenGoogle doesn't look much different from the regular Google homescreen. Upon closer look, something about it just seems a little bit off. Can you see it?

UnevenGoogle is just what its name implies - the Google homepage, slightly tilted. It's fully functional, so even if you type in search terms, you'll see the results displayed on a slight angle. And clicking on any search result will keep that page tilted, too. After clicking around for a few minutes, I found myself sitting at my desk with my head slightly tilted to the right, reading a list of search results. Slightly annoying, but mostly funny, UnevenGoogle is good for a few minutes of laughter, if nothing else!

Joke Confuses Model

Some punk ass with a mic was in the mood to ridicule (or flirt with) a model, so he pulled this chick aside and told her one of the oldest jokes in the book. She knew the joke was on her, but that's about all she knew. To be fair, she mumbled something about being a stupid model- a wise assessment, indeed! So we'll give the gal points for self-awareness.

Product of the Day: Buck, The Singing Deer Trophy

I've never been a fan of placing "trophies" above the mantle, but I'm a big fan of Buck. This deer was never alive in the great outdoors, but he knows how to liven things up indoors. Just throw him on a wall and he'll gladly sing songs and tell jokes. And if you don't like his selection, use the wireless microphone to tell your own bad jokes through him. His mouth and ears are designed to move along with the banter, so you'll never have to take credit for your own poor taste in music or inability to be funny. Jake Gyllenhaal Spends Valentine's Day With Iron Lady Meryl Streep

Jake Gyllenhaal presented his friend Meryl Streep with the Berlin Film Festival's Honorary Golden Bear for lifetime achievement last night during a Valentine's Day presentation. The pair worked together on 2007's Rendition, though Jake joked that he first became acquainted with Meryl as "Hank's mom" when he struck up a grade school friendship with her son, Henry Gummer.

Meryl's in Germany screening The Iron Lady, which earned her a best actress statue at the Golden Globes and, most recently, the BAFTAs. Meryl is also nominated for an Academy Award thanks to her portrayal of Margaret Thatcher; however, our editors think The Help's Viola Davis will win the Oscar. George Clooney Wraps Up His UK Fun Right After the BAFTAs

George Clooney didn't hang around in the UK long after his night out at the BAFTAs yesterday. He walked through Heathrow on his way out of London this morning. George was nominated, but didn't win, in the category of best actor for The Descendants. The Artist cleaned up at the BAFTAs, however, and Jean Dujardin once again took home the statue over George. Nonetheless, Mr. Clooney is looking forward to their last matchup of award season at the Oscars on Feb. 26. George is even getting used to losing. He joked on the red carpet last night, "You get to be efficient at losing. The funny part is. . . it's actually a really nice group of guys. It's really fun. There isn't any sort of weirdness, there isn't any competitiveness. I know people love to pit people against each other, but that isn't really what's going on."

Adele's Sweep, a Prayer For Whitney Houston, and More 2012 Grammys Highlights

The 2012 Grammy Awards were all about Adele's major wins and the sad passing of Whitney Houston. After a kickoff from Bruce Springsteen, host LL Cool J led a prayer for Whitney and gave a look back at some of her stellar Grammys performances. Alicia Keys and Bonnie Raitt honored another late musical star, Etta James, with a song. Bonnie and Alicia also presented best pop solo performance to Adele for "Someone Like You." Adele, who suffered from vocal problems for the last year, appropriately thanked her doctors. Further accolades went to Jay-Z and Kanye West, both absent, for best rap song with "Otis," and Dave Grohl's Foo Fighters picked up best rock performance for "Walk." Bon Iver took home best new artist.

Rihanna and Coldplay teamed up for one of the evening's most memorable duets. Her "We Found Love" segued into Coldplay's "Princess of China" and "Paradise." Another highlight was the long-awaited reunion of the Beach Boys, and they brought back their hit "Good Vibrations" with some help from Adam Levine. Taylor Swift won two honors before the proceedings even began, and later went folksy with her stint behind the mic. Katy Perry, taking a different approach, donned a skintight bodysuit for "Part of Me." Katy changed the words to the track, apparently making a dig at her ex Russell Brand.

Adele was back onstage later in the night with her adorable producer, Paul Epworth, to accept song of the year for "Someone Like You." She made her triumphant return to the microphone with her hit, after a glowing introduction from Gwyneth Paltrow, and received a standing ovation from her big fans like Paul McCartney and Rihanna. The track was also crowned record of the year and her 21 was album of the year! A teary Adele raised her new gold, joked about having a snotty nose, and said to her mother, "Mom, girl did good!"

Jennifer Hudson helped wrap things up with a touching Whitney Houston tribute, belting out "I Will Always Love You." The show was officially closed by Paul McCartney with help from his "friends" like Dave Grohl, Joe Walsh, and Bruce Springsteen. "He Won't Buy Me an Engagement Ring"

My boyfriend had been hinting to me about getting married and starting a family. He has been divorced before but no kids. I don't know if he's joking or not but I think he's trying to tell me that he won't get a diamond ring for me. He told me he thinks a diamond ring is pointless because it's expensive and there's no meaning behind it. He would rather use the money for something else. My boyfriend is not cheap. He's generous and spoils me. We love each other very much but this is bothering the hell out of me. I have told him that a diamond ring is something that symbolizes marriage, eternity, and I like jewelry and diamonds!

I am 25 and he is 35 and this will be my first marriage if we do tie the knot. I know the ring isn't the most important thing in this relationship but it's part of tradition and I like jewelry.

Reese, Tom, and Chris Team Up to Show This Means War in LA

Reese Witherspoon joined her This Means War leading men on the red carpet at their LA premiere last night. She was decked out in a strapless dress from Miu Miu to sign autographs for fans and pose for pictures with "Piney" and Tom, who brought along his British actress fiancée Charlotte Riley. Reese, Chris, and Tom were together last weekend for their junket as well. We caught up with the trio there, and Reese joked about the challenges of choosing one of the two guys, Chris or Tom, in the movie. Yesterday, Reese talked about having more kids. She said, "I would love that!"

Chelsea Handler, who plays Reese's BFF, didn't pose with her costars. Instead, she made her way solo down the press line, and joked with us about her relationships with Reese, Chris, and Tom. When asked which actor, Chris or Tom, she would pick if given the choice, Chelsea went with Mr. Hardy since she's a big fan of muscles. We will likely see more of the foursome before the film hits theaters next Tuesday, Feb. 14, on Valentine's Day. Stay tuned for more from the event later today on PopSugar Rush.

Ben Affleck Rocks a Big Beard During a Day Out in Brentwood

Ben Affleck was out and about in his LA-area neighborhood yesterday sporting heavier-than-usual facial hair. Ben was solo, but over the weekend, he focused his attention on his two daughters. On Sunday, Ben, Seraphina, and Violet hit a farmers market near their house to pick up some produce. Ben was also seen leaving with a bunch of flowers in hand, perhaps as a gift for Jennifer Garner, who didn't join them on the outing. Jennifer and Ben are expecting their third child this Spring, and during a recent visit to The Tonight Show, she joked that their girls are getting in on the naming process by suggesting the names of their favorite Disney characters for the little one. Jennifer didn't publicly reveal the gender of the baby during her late-show stop, but she did admit that she and Ben know whether they'll be having a boy or girl.

If I were to wear a scarlet letter it would be T.

T for tardy. T for turd ball. T for totally inept mother.

We are late for school with such alarming regularity it’s embarrassing. The last time we were on time, after a mini snowstorm that excited my children enough to urge them into their snowsuits and outside at 6:30 a.m., we got to school five minutes early to find it dark and empty. Delayed opening. I was apparently the only mother who didn’t get the memo.

Calling Charlie Brown…

Being late for school brings up a vicious brew of conflicting emotion in me. On the one hand I just don’t care. Life is short. Far too short to risk traumatizing your children with a bullwhip and terrorizing morning walkers and squirrels, not to mention my own white-knuckled children, speeding our way to school like Toad on a motorcar bender each weekday morning.

On the other hand I am ashamed, deeply embarrassed, to be “that mom.” All the other moms can do it, even the single ones. Why. Can’t. I? What’s wrong with me?

I complained about this once to a woman from South Carolina who I met on my Guatemala trip and she told me her school started at 7:30. She also made it clear her kids were never late.

Never late.
