In the past "cougar" may have been a demeaning way to describe a single woman preying on younger men, but TV Land's latest reality show, The Cougar, is reclaiming the title for all women who like to date men younger than their children. The 40-year-old star Stacy feels like Eve in the Garden of Eden, surrounded by men in their 20s who show her their abs, jump in pools, and make her cocktails. Check out these highlights from the season and Sarah Haskins's take on the ridiculousness.

No matter how egalitarian people say they are, there's still an assumption that a woman's connection to her children is stronger — and perhaps more sacred — than a man's, and when a couple splits, she should naturally retain custody.
Rebekah Spicuglia understands the stigma of noncustodial motherhood all too well. She got pregnant when she was 18 and started taking classes at community college.

I guess like a marauding douchebag businessman on vacation away from the wifey, Burger King feels it can go to a foreign land, throw away any standards of decent behavior, and just go wild.
Take this Burger King ad in Singapore. I couldn't believe it was real, but alas, it is.

Am I missing something, or are the women who are making headlines these days batsh*t insane? Where are the accomplished female scientists, writers or pilots-able-to-land-in-the-Hudson-without-hurting-anyone stories? Instead, we hear about Nadya Suleman, a woman who, if there were no fertility specialists, would just have lots and lots of Beanie Babies instead of 14 children and no job.

Knowing if someone's interested in you can alleviate that ever confusing guessing game in the beginning of a new relationship, but guys that come on too strong could risk scaring off their potential suitor — some women enjoy the chase! I always savor those feelings you get when you first meet someone you really like — the butterflies, the questions, the unknown — but I know some people who would skip the limbo phase and fast forward straight to boyfriend/girlfriend land if they could. To each their own so do tell, do you prefer the chase or would you rather have your crush lay it all out on the table early on?

He did not say whether the troops are pulling out and was clear that Russian forces are still authorized to fire on enemies. A UN-commissioned report just uncovered some surprising statistics — most women worldwide still face large-scale discrimination. In addition to the fact that 70 percent of the world's poor are women, women also own only 1 percent of the world's titled land. Fifty-three countries still allow rape within marriage.

Dear Sugar,
I'm about to graduate college, and I've already landed myself a real job that I'm very excited about. Once I'm done with school I'll be moving back in with my parents to save money, pay off student loans, and help my mom care for my father and brother who are both disabled. I'm OK with living at home, but the problem is I feel like I'm starting my social scene over.
