I envy guys for being able to pee anywhere - especially when I'm camping or attending an outdoor festival or something. But what stops me is the whole drip-drying issue, not the lack of a special tool, which is why I find the GoGirl feminine urination device ($7) a tad puzzling. This silicone funnel comes in a cute tube and creates a watertight seal so you can "go anywhere" with no mess or fuss. The tagline: "don't take life sitting down." Do you think this is empowering or just plain silly?

I’m assuming we’re all fans of hygiene here, especially in regards to those around us, so I'm sure none us are too keen on a boy who only saves showers for special occasions. That said, there can be something particularly hot about a guy when you catch him just before he bathes. His own musk can be pretty amazing - it’s got to be the pheromones! On the other hand, good-smelling cologne and aftershave can be incredibly sexy, too. Obviously I’m torn, so which do you prefer?

Handle This: Your Roommate Has Terrible Hygiene

You just moved into a new apartment with another girl. The place was super clean and the girl was nice, so it seemed like the perfect fit. But after only a week living with your roommate, you’re starting to notice something funny - specifically, her smell.

A trail of B.O. seems to follow her everywhere, and you've never actually confirmed that she brushes her teeth. Living in such close quarters you can’t help but be affected by it. It’s really starting to gross you out, so how do you handle this?

Group Therapy: He Won't Wash!

My husband has gotten into the habit of not brushing his teeth or showering every day. In fact, he often goes a couple of days without either, and it is really disgusting. I have talked to him about it over 20 times in the past year, but he stubbornly refuses to change his ways. This affects our sex life and pretty much depletes any chances of affection between us, so I am being cheated out of a lot due to his self-professed laziness. He often jokes around that since he is married, he doesn't have to care as much about his looks and health anymore. So ladies, what do you think is the future of this situation? Am I stuck with this for life, or do you have any creative ideas for me to get him to wash up?

This or That: Torturous Toenails or a Hairy Behind?

Things are going so well, and you’re so into him that you decide to let down your guard a bit and thing really start to heat up. As the evening progresses, you end up stripping down and he follows suit. Would it be worse if…

This: When he takes off his socks, you’re confronted with the longest toenails you’ve ever seen, and they’re not well taken care of either? He’s completely hot, but long, yellowed toenails are just plain unattractive and unhygienic.

Or…

That: His backside is completely overgrown with black, curly hairs? Sure, you love a man with hair, but you were hoping there would be more on his head than his behind.

Do You Remember to Wash Your Hands?

Have you ever been in a public restroom and taken notice of who does and who doesn't wash their hands after using the bathroom? Well, according to a recent study, four out of five bathroom users don't wash their hands!

This statistic sparked a new ad campaign in Florida promoting hand washing because it's pretty clear we all need a friendly reminder. According to the Florida Department of Health, after just three months, this commercial has in fact changed behaviors and now eight more states are joining in on the campaign.

Your hands are only as clean as the last surface you touched so this ad not only reminds you of what your mother always told you to do, to wash your hands after going to the bathroom, but it also tells you the proper way to clean your hands. I bet you didn't know that you should wash for as long as it takes for you to sing Happy Birthday!

So ladies, tell me, do you often see people forgetting to wash their hands? If so, would you ever say something to them? Do you pass judgment on them? Or are you the type that skips out on singing Happy Birthday over the sink?

Which Is Worse? Streaks or Crabs

When you date someone, you're bound to find out about his or her little idiosyncrasies and habits. Maybe they like to floss their teeth while driving, or they have to use the same plate every time they eat. We're all weird in our own ways, but that's what makes us unique and special, right?

Well what if you found out the person you were dating had a secret issue below the belt. Which would be worse? Streaks in his underwear or crabs in his pubic hair? Both are preventable and can be easily fixed, but they're also pretty shocking and gross. Which couldn't you deal with?

You Asked: What's Up With His Hands?

Dear Sugar,

How do I get my boyfriend to cut and clean his nails? They are always long and dirty. The rest of his body is clean and I don't get why he won't keep his fingernails clean. I have done my best to block it out, and when I can't take it anymore, I offer to give him a manicure. He either gets offended or says I am being controlling. Once in a while (after I have begged and pleaded), he cleans them, but it doesn't last very long. I really really care about him, but dirty nails are a HUGE pet peeve for me. Ewww, there is nothing worse than dirty fingernails, especially long ones! I wouldn't want to date someone with chronic dirty hands either, so let's get to the bottom of this ASAP! Does your boyfriend work with his hands? Or does he play a musical instrument? Or does he forget to wash his hands? Part of me is still confused as to how he can't notice this problem if he keeps the rest of his body clean.

Having dirty fingernails is incredibly unhygienic, and asking him to keep his hands tidy and clean isn't controlling, it's necessary, especially if his hands are going below the belt. Be honest with him in a way that won't hurt his feelings. Tell him that you would appreciate if he took better care of his hands so you know that the hands that touch your face, or the hands that are running through your hair are clean. Keep a nail brush next to your sink in the bathroom, or in the shower and remind him that you like his touch much better when his nails are kept short.

I can't imagine why he would push back on you here, so hopefully just opening up to him will put this issue to bed. Good luck!

If your boyfriend, husband, best friend or brother needs a few helpful hints about keeping it clean but keeping it real, he need look no further. The answer is simple: we like a dash of metro and a splash of macho!

While slightly unpolished is sexy, there's a time and a place and a way to be dirty. Overall, we like you much better fresh, and nothing says fresh like a close shave. According to How to Iron You Own Damn Shirt, a British aftershave maker found that 92% of women prefer their men to have a clean shave, while 63% of men think they look more attractive with facial hair. Fellas, if you're in doubt, you might ask your lady how she prefers your cheek to feel!
