Conn. Teacher Calls Police Over Impromptu Karaoke

A schoolteacher was working after hours and thought she was the last person in the building. Imagine her surprise when she heard, "You're in the jungle baby. You're gonna die!" over the loudspeaker. Not much of a Guns n' Roses fan, she took the death threat seriously. Six troopers and three police dogs later, they all discovered that the school custodian was having a karaoke moment with a couple of buddies - just partying like rock stars, you know? What The World Needs Now Is Hand Farting

The hand farting specialist is back and better than ever! And I'm pleased to see that he didn't allow all that hard-earned internet fame go to his head (or hands) a few months back. Instead, he's been practicing and perfecting a new song for his adoring public. It's an oldie-but-goody by Guns 'N Roses-- a song he likes to call "Sweet Hand Fart of Mine."

It's painfully obvious that Batman's wife left him cuz he's an emotionally underdeveloped tool with the hobbies and interests of a small child. If this tone-deaf rendition of "Patience" by Guns 'n' Roses was intended to bring this manchild's lost love back, then our downtrodden hero needs to hop in his batmobile and ride off into the Gotham City sunset - cuz it's so over.

Lame Children's Songs: New and Improved!

The kids are screaming in the back seat, but you'd rather put a hammer to your head than listen to another kiddie song. What to do? Pull out Kids' Rock, the CD that couples kiddie song lyrics with adult tunes. "Old McPearl Jam Had a Farm," anyone? How about a little "B-I-N-G-Metallic-O"? And let's not forget "Welcome to McDonald's," the song that put Guns 'N Roses at the top of the (kiddie) charts. Listen up:

The song "Sweet Child o' Mine" by Guns 'N Roses was a fave here in the states some 20 years ago, but it seems to be making a fierce comeback. We watched the hand-farting specialist take a squeeze at it a few months ago and this sick South-Asian cover is now rocking 'round the net. One can do no wrong with an electric sitar, so sit back and enjoy.

I know that I am supposed to get in at least 20-30 minutes of exercise (preferably cardio) at least three times a week. The problem is that I have a super busy schedule and by the time I actually get home from my long day of work and client meetings all I want to do is chill out and unwind. Dear Lazy Mazie
Everyone is on a time crunch these days but you've got to get that heart rate up to have a healthy mind and body. Don't make me list the myriad of correlations between health benefits and physical fitness. You all know them and ignoring them any longer is putting you that much more at risk for illness and a shorter life.

I know that it's hard to get yourself going again just when you walk in the door from a long and weary day, but here's an idea ... Load up your ipod with songs that move you. Let the music do what's it's meant to do. When that one song that gets you going is blasting loudly, you aren't going to be able to fight the urge to dance (...I mean jog).

While on my trip out here to San Francisco visiting Sugar Publishing HQ, I asked Home Team Sugar what inspires them to shake it like a Polaroid picture. Here's the list:
