Unfortunately, not all women can get pregnant. But then there are some that can get pregnant, they just can't carry their baby full term. Of course adoption is an option, but if you want your own mini me, having a surrogate is another great alternative.

It appears that folks in Georgia aren't too fond of cross-dressers. We told you about a teen in Kennesaw who quit high school rather than stop cross-dressing, and now Martin Luther King, Jr.'s alma mater Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA has instituted a no dress-wearing clause to its larger dress code policy.
The "Appropriate Attire Policy," which already bans casual attire like do-rags and sagging pants, has now added dresses to the list of casual clothes its male students cannot wear.

Whether you like to admit it or not, one child is always more favored than the others — it's just the way family dynamics work. At the end of the day, I'm not sure if it's necessarily a good thing to be the favored one, but there's no denying that in every family, there's a pecking order. I know there was in my family so ladies, do tell: Were you the favored child in your family or were you the one always fighting for attention?

Senator Al Franken recently sponsored the Franken Anti-Government-Contractor Rape Liability Bill. The legislative amendment states that the US government will not hire companies who make employees sign a contract saying that they will not sue if they are raped by other employees.
Franken was prompted by a female employee of a Halliburton subsidiary who was gang-raped by her co-workers in Iraq.

It seems impossible to remember a time BC: Before Campaign. That may be because we've been at this game seriously since 2006. By the time the US votes, it will be a vote two years in the making (at that rate, isn't it time to start the 2012 campaign?) Perhaps because of this stretched out schedule, the capacity for substantive debate has been also stretched — to the snapping point.

While the Supreme Court decides whether or not religious symbols can be erected on public land, one justice already has his mind made up. During the oral arguments on the legality of a cross at a World War I memorial, Catholic Justice Antonin Scalia more than hinted at how he is voting. Scalia said yesterday:
