Would You Date Someone With a Strained Relationship With Their Family?

Our current bachelor, Jason Mesnick, got down to business last night when he traveled to the hometowns of the four remaining contestants to meet their families. As we all know, meeting someone's parents has the ability to explain a lot - we sure got some great insight last night! But I couldn't help but feel differently about Melissa once I learned that her parents were not willing to support her on the show, and that her friends had never even met them before!

While it's not fair to pass judgment on someone because of their families' actions, I'd definitely think twice before jumping into a relationship headfirst if I knew there was a background of turmoil. But how do you feel about dating someone with strained family relationships? Is it a huge red flag, or is it just a part of life?

Are Your Friends a Reflection of Who You Are?

Last night's episode of The City proved to be as dramatic as ever, and in true reality fashion, everyone was intertwined in each other's business. The jury is still out as to whether or not Adam cheated on Allie, and while Whitney and Jay have nothing to do with it, their differing views are starting to affect their relationship. Of course, being there for your friends is important, but holding innocent bystanders accountable for their friends' actions might be taking things a bit far.

While I think it's important to surround yourself with people who make you want to be a better person, tell me, do you agree with Whitney when she says that your friends are a reflection of who you are?

Do You Enjoy the Beginning of Relationships?

The Hills has wrapped for the season, but not to worry, we now have The City! With a new cast of characters comes a slew of new drama - the good, the bad, and I'm sure, the ugly. If you tuned in last night, you know that Whitney moved to the big apple for a new career and a new man, but it seems like her new love interest has already caused his fair share of turmoil within the group.

As we all know, the beginning of a relationship can be tough - you don't always know where you stand, and it's easy for feelings and rumors to be misconstrued. On the other hand, there's nothing as exciting as the unknown future with that person. Most of us have experienced this so tell me, do you enjoy the excitement of a blossoming relationship or could you do without the awkward stage?

You Asked: Can I Save Our Christmas?

Dear Sugar,

My husband and I are hosting Christmas dinner this year, but I'm feeling very uncomfortable for the following reason. This past year, the relationship between my six siblings and mother has become very fractured for a number of reasons, but mostly because my mom and eldest sister create too much toxic drama. Some of the siblings are fed up, and don't want to come to Christmas unless I can 100 percent guarantee that my mom and sister won't be there. I seem to be the only one concerned that the young children are able to see each other, so I invited everyone; it's Christmas after all!

I did an evite so that everyone could see who's coming, but no one is responding. What should I do at this point? I've been preparing for 20 guests but at this point it might just be my husband and me. What should I do? - Disappointed Dede

Dear Disappointed Dede,

While your siblings say they don't want to be around your mom and eldest sister because they are too dramatic, they're just adding more fuel to the fire by not RSVPing. The holidays are supposed to be about family, but there's really not much else you can do to get everyone together. You've already offered your home -which was very gracious. If I were you, I'd call each of them and ask if they plan on attending, and leave it at that. I understand that you're trying to be the ring leader, but the outcome is out of your hands. Hopefully, everyone will be willing to put their differences aside for one day, but if you do end up spending the holiday alone with your husband, know that you did your part to keep the peace. Happy Holidays.

Has Your Boyfriend Ever Stood Up For You?

I didn't think Spencer had it in him to swallow his pride, admit his wrongdoings, and put someone else first. But last night on The Hills, he proved me wrong! Though he didn't get very far in trying to get Heidi her job back, I was glad to see him go to her rescue.

I'm not an advocate of confrontation, but I think it'd be pretty hot to have a boyfriend stand up for me, whatever the situation. Has a boyfriend ever come to your aid when you needed rescuing?

Do Tell: What Would Be the Name of Your Show?

As I'm sure you might know, The Hills season four is premiering tonight, and you don't need to guess where I'll be at 10 p.m.! I know the characters didn't have much of a say in the naming of their show, but The Hills just doesn't seem appropriate anymore. Since their 30 minutes of air time is filled with a plethora of drama, don't you think they deserve a more theatrical title?

For the sake of having fun on a Monday morning, do tell, if there was a camera crew following your group of friends around, capturing every piece of your personal lives, what would the title of your show be?

Do Tell: Do You Consider Yourself to Be Dramatic?

Life is filled with ups and downs, but do you ever feel like certain people are just constantly surrounded by drama? They're either involved in unnecessary theatrics or they have continuous bad luck. And while I understand that a small dose of occasional drama can be somewhat entertaining, I'd rather avoid it if at all possible. Taking the fact that we all have our moments into consideration, tell me, do you commonly find yourself in the throws of all the excitement (yours or someone else's), or do you shy away from it all?

Dear Poll: Do You Talk About Your Personal Life At Work?

Since we spend most of our time at work, it's inevitable that our co-workers become more than that; they become our friends, our confidants, and our sounding boards. And since having gripes about our loved ones, dealing with family drama, or even financial woes is just a part of life, it's close to impossible to leave those worries at home. I've always been the type to wear my emotions on my sleeve - I'll confide in co-workers as I would friends and family - but I know many people who are opposed to mixing business with anything personal. If you think about it, it's a good idea to draw the line somewhere, but no one way is better; so tell me, do you talk about your personal life at work or do you keep the two completely separate?

Group Therapy: My Boyfriend Watches Porn While Talking to Me

The other night while I was talking to my boyfriend on the phone I heard loud moaning and pornographic noises. We talk over Skype because he's at military school, so the microphone picks up a lot of background noises. It's not that I care that he does it so much, it's that he was doing it while talking to me (and I'm sure doing other things too). I told him that it upset me, and he still doesn't get why I'm hurt and angry. I feel betrayed. It's not like we were even talking about anything sexual. It seemed like he just got bored of me and wanted to watch other naked girls.

I don't know what to do. The fact that I'm irritated (and my boyfriend not getting why, or doing anything to help me feel better) is creating a ton of tension and arguments. I feel so turned off by him right now even though he insists he was thinking about me while doing it. Am I wrong? What should I do?

A Day In The Life Of Un-Photogenic Jen

I usually don't laugh when people cry, but the following was an exception. The "Big Brother" cast members got their photos taken and poor Jen here was a little less than thrilled about her head shot. No one really knows what she's crying about because she immediately covered the pic with her hand while mumbling something about "dark bag eyes." Oh, the horror! But it was photogenic Joe's recap of the trauma that really got me rolling.
