Demetri Martin is one of my favorite funny guys. His surreal sense of humor (plus his "I am one of the missing Beatles" look) is totally endearing. He's even described as a geeky dreamboat by people who keep tabs on that sort of thing.

I love Demetri Martin's bit about how adding the word "ladies" to the end of a sentence automatically makes you sound like a creep. I admit, the word "ladies" often makes me cringe, though some of my guy friends seem to think it's classy. I guess it's better than referring to a group of women as "girls" or "my b*tches!"

You can't resist the cute funny dudes, and I don't blame you one bit. The results are in for GiggleSugar's best male stand-up comedian of 2008, and the honor goes to Demetri Martin! I am also a big fan his stand-up (for proof of his funny, give this vid a watch).

Whether he's explaining the height-to-drunk-to-funny ratio (shorter and drunker is funnier), the breakdown of who owns a Hummer (hint: douchebags, dildos, and .01 percent of poets), and at what point he will not listen to a cute girl talk about her cat, Demetri really does make it look easy. He's like the male Ellen DeGeneres. He turns the everyday into comedy gold.

What's the newest trend on college campuses? Credit card debt. (Actually, it's an old trend, but...) The Daily Show's youth correspondent Demetri Martin reports on the advantages and disadvantages of "investing" with many different credit cards at one time and having the freedom to literally pay for stuff with your ass.

Demetri Martin plays guitar and riffs on quirky and random stuff, like the Futon World where he lived and being a street musician in a suburban cul-de-sac. This is long, but it's Sunday. You have time!

You know someone's funny when they don't make a big deal out of all their jokes by yelling, cursing or using some gimmick--and people are laughing anyway. Introducing, Demitri Martin.

If you want to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Woodstock this Summer, you'll have to head to a movie theater. Thanks to a lack of money and sponsors, a previously planned commemorative concert won't be happening.
The original promoters of Woodstock had planned to hold a free concert in Prospect Park, Brooklyn, an event that was sure to replace hippies with hipsters.
