So CasaSugar has been tormenting me all morning with bacon-related links. (She must know I'm starving, and haven't had bacon in a long time - she's evil that way.) First it was a picture of chicken-fried bacon with Southern-style gravy, and then this awesome crocheted pocket bacon. "Crocheted pocket bacon?" you ask. "Why yes!" I answer. "But what does it do?" "Absolutely nothing. You carry it in your pocket, and when you feel like it, take it out and look at it." "Ummm. . .awesome?" That's right - awesome. (Even better is the crochet bacon artist's title for her product: "Pocket Bacon, Seriously the Dumbest Thing I Have Ever Made But You Guys Seem to Like It.")

I'm not sure bacon ever went out of style, but if it did, it's making a killer comeback.
