When a flying snowball pelted the dude below, one of the lenses in his glasses took the hit and broke. Whoops! Not only did nerd boy take this super serious flyby snowballing case to court, he made an animated 3-D reenactment of the "crime" to give the judge and viewers at home some sense of the pain and trauma he endured that dreadful day.

Who has the time to wait for a judge's verdict? The following woman didn't, so she got her own revenge while exiting the courtroom. It was a childish thing to do, but no more distasteful than the victim's exaggerated and over-dramatic response to the deed.

Sue here has been "pleasuring men on a phone conversation line" since 1988 and she's not ashamed one bit. In fact, she gives Judge Mathis an in-person sample of her sexy time talk and, needless to say, the bailiff had to come to his rescue. I'm surprised Mathis didn't turn around and sue her for damages!

A not so little known show called The People's Court is in its ninth season of broadcast. Seriously, people--what the hell are we watching here? (You know you're guilty of tuning in at some point or another.) The show attributes itself to the rise of the entire "television court show genre" because it was the first to feature an hour's worth of "real litigants...real cases...real justice...all year long!"

I'll admit, in my youth I abused TV courtroom dramas. Hey, I was young, it was summertime, and the talkshow/reality TV circuit was in its nascent stages. That's why to this day I can recite the whole opening to The People's Court.

Love Stuff, a sex toy shop in Hoover, AL, recently filed a challenge to strike down a 1998 law that bans the sale of sex toys. Alas, anyone who wants to buy sex toys in Alabama will have to go elsewhere. The Alabama Supreme Court upheld the state's ban in a 7-2 decision on Friday, arguing against Love Stuff's claim that the ban violated a person's right to sexual privacy.

On Friday, the US Supreme Court decided that it would hear two cases, one dealing with work discrimination and the other with voting discrimination. Depending on how the court rules later this year, these cases could change the landscape of US civil rights law.

Just moments ago, the California Supreme Court overturned the state's ban on same-sex marriage. The court held that "to the extent the current California statutory provisions limit marriage to opposite-sex couples, these statutes are unconstitutional."
The court ruled 4-3.
