Traffic Cop Gets Down

We've seen dancing cops before, but this one has the nerve to boogie down right in the middle of traffic. Tony "The Dancing Cop" Lepore is a retired police officer from Rhode Island who voluntarily showcases his traffic-control choreography around the holidays each year. He shimmies to the beat of his own whistle and the crowds love him. It looks like someone retired a little too early. . . .

New Magic Mike Trailer: Now With Channing Tatum in a Thong

I thought the day the first trailer for Magic Mike premiered was the best day of my life - until now. An even better trailer just dropped for the flick, which stars Channing Tatum as the titular buff character. This preview starts out the same as the first one, with the old stripper cop routine at a bachelorette party, but then goes on to explore some different relationships. And there's way more dudes taking it all off (including Matt Bomer!).

This trailer actually makes me more jazzed about the movie than the first one. We already know there's going to be a romance between Mike and Paige (Cody Horn), but now we get a little bit of the mentor/protégé relationship he has with Alex Pettyfer's character. See guys - this movie isn't just for ladies! There's male bonding, too! Look for Magic Mike to hit theaters June 29, and check out the trailer (I swear you won't regret it) after the jump

Though CBS cut some shows from its schedule, the network is lining up its new series to fill up its schedule. Check out the details below to get up to speed on the brand-new shows you'll be seeing on CBS this Fall.

COMEDIES

Friend Me: This comedy stars Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Nicholas Braun as best friends who move to LA to work at Groupon and struggle to be social when one would rather stay at home.
Partners: Michael Urie and David Krumholtz play a pair of architects whose friendship has outlasted all their romantic relationships. Sophia Bush and Brandon Routh also appear.

DRAMAS

Elementary: This take on Sherlock Holmes is set in present-day Brooklyn and stars Jonny Lee Miller in the Sherlock role, with the added twist of Lucy Liu as his colleague Watson.
Vegas: Dennis Quaid and Michael Chiklis star in this 1960s-era drama about a rodeo cowboy (Quaid) who becomes the sheriff of the city.
Made in Jersey: A street-smart woman (Janet Montgomery) tries to prove herself to her colleagues at a New York law firm in this drama, which also costars Kyle MacLachlan.
Golden Boy: This cop drama follows the rise of a man (Theo James) as he climbs the ranks from office to detective to police commissioner.

The CW Pilots: New Shows Coming in Fall 2012

We already gave you the initial info on the new pilots coming this Fall to Fox and NBC, but now we bring you the list from The CW. And it's good news! Five new hour-long series have been picked up by the network for the Fall TV season.

The Carrie Diaries: This highly anticipated series stars AnnaSophia Robb as Carrie Bradshaw in 1984, during her pre-Sex and the City high school days.
First Cut: As if being a new doctor wasn't tough enough, a recent med school graduate (Mamie Gummer) realizes that old crushes and enemies will be working alongside her at her first job.
Cult: After his brother mysteriously disappears, investigative journalist Jeff Sefton (Matt Davis) uncovers the underworld of a popular TV show and all its crazy fans.
Arrow: After being shipwrecked on a deserted island, a billionaire makes his way back home and does his best to integrate himself back into normal life and right his past wrongs. At the same time, he takes on a new persona called Arrow (the show is based on the comic-book series) and fights crime.
Beauty & the Beast: Kristin Kreuk stars as homicide detective Catherine Chandler, a strong-willed cop who witnessed her mother's murder when she was just a teenager. She would have been murdered too, but with the help of an outside force she could never explain, she managed to escape. She soon learns that her savior is a man who turns into a beast at night.

Ryan Gosling and Sean Penn Play Cops and Robbers in the Gangster Squad Trailer

Have you always thought that Ryan Gosling would look dapper in a 1940s suit? Well, you've come to the right place. In the trailer for Gangster Squad, Gosling and Josh Brolin play LAPD cops who are trying to take down a notorious gangster played by Sean Penn. As expected, the lines between good and bad are a little blurred as we see that the cops aren't necessarily sticking to a strict moral code.

It's fun to see Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling back on the big screen together again - her character appears to be with Penn but definitely shacks up with her Crazy, Stupid, Love costar. I'm already loving how stylish the film looks, right down to the cast's spot-on gangster accents. The film doesn't hit theaters until October, but check out the trailer when you

In the world of trailers, Liam Hemsworth steamed up the preview for The Expendables 2, and we tried to decipher the third trailer for The Dark Knight Rises. Jake Gyllenhaal shows off his bald head in cop movie End of Watch, and we saw more Andrew Garfield in the new trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man.
The release of Johnny Depp's vampire comedy is just around the corner, so we got excited all over again with all the stills from Dark Shadows.

End of Watch Trailer: Jake Gyllenhaal Is a Cop With a Target on His Back

In the trailer for End of Watch, Jake Gyllenhaal's closely shaved head is a bit of a distraction, but once you get past it, there's a lot going on. Gyllenhaal stars as Brian Taylor, an LAPD cop who enjoys his day job of busting perps with his friend and partner, played by Michael Peña. It's business as usual out on the streets for the cocky pair, until they happen upon a crime scene that makes them the target of a dangerous drug cartel. That threat is scary enough, but it's made more troubling considering that the men are both starting families.

Between the reality-show-style POV, the electric-guitar riffs that indicate this movie is intense, and all the gunfire, the trailer gave me a headache. Still, it's worth it to see Gyllenhaal in such a tough-guy role - not to mention the brief but funny scene of him busting a move with his new wife (Anna Kendrick) at their wedding. The film comes out Sept. 28, but you can check out the trailer after the jump.

New Trailer For The Dark Knight Rises: 5 Things to Get Excited About

The third (and most likely final) trailer for The Dark Knight Rises is here, and it's just as eerie as the first two. However, there's a lot of new footage here and plenty of new clues about what we're in for when the film hits theaters July 20. Here are the top five reasons we're excited about the latest preview:

Joseph Gordon-Levitt does, in fact, speak in this movie. We're still not entirely sure about JGL's role in this film, other than the fact that he'll play a cop, but at least now we see more of him in action. This is the first time we've heard any of his lines, and it appears that he'll be one of the good guys - and maybe even in cahoots with Anne Hathaway's Selina Kyle. Which brings me to my next point . . .
Catwoman might not be a villain. We've all assumed that Selina would be another nemesis for Batman (Christian Bale), but now it appears that she might be a new sidekick instead. Not only does she seem sympathetic to Bruce Wayne, but she voluntarily gets in the batmobile. Perhaps we were a little too quick to accuse her of grand theft batpod.
The batmobile takes flight. That's right - Batman's ride has always been pretty badass, but now it can actually fly!
Bane (Tom Hardy) might be understandable after all. Granted, he doesn't speak too much in this preview, but I still found him to be a lot easier to understand in this trailer than he's been in the past.
Bruce Wayne and Miranda Tate lock lips. Bye bye Maggie Gyllenhaal, hello Marion Cotillard. Cotillard's Miranda still doesn't have any lines in this preview, but we do see her and Bruce in a pretty serious embrace. I'm grateful for a bit of lightness in the midst of all this terrorism, but it does raise a new question - if Selina isn't a villain, might we have a love triangle on our hands?
