Police: Spitting Man Runs Around Restaurant, Says He Has Hepatitis

Shite went down at a neighborhood Chuck E. Cheese when a 45-year-old man raced around the restaurant and spit all over the place, while repeatedly announcing that he has hepatitis C. The spitter was charged with disorderly conduct and the restaurant was closed to be sanitized. It's still uncertain whether the dude has hepatitis C, but it's no biggie cuz - shhh! - saliva doesn't spread the virus anyway. D'oh! Someone clearly didn't do his homework. Fight Breaks Out Between Moms at Chuck E. Cheese

Okay, I fudged with the headline. The original read: "Fight breaks out during party at Chuck E. Cheese." I believe the relevant detail is "between moms"! These ladies got into a fist fight (classy!) at a Chuck E. Cheese in Boston because one mom accused the other's son of "hogging" an arcade game. Back in the day, the Chuck E. Cheese restaurant chain took itself seriously. Way seriously. The employees playing the Big Cheese were given exact instructions on how to walk, wave, dress, embrace a child, read people's minds, attend to their needs, and ultimately, win them over. In short, Chuck E. had to be a perfect politician. Which was great and all, but let's cut to the chase: How did Chuck E. plan to address rising pizza prices and the growing arcade game deficit? What is it with rats as mascots for restaurant/fast food chains? At least this Quiznos rat is vaguely cute, in a creepy way. The Chuck E. Cheese rat is just creepy. Also, "Mmm, toasty" is a fantastic tagline. Makes me want to run to the kitchen and toast something, anything.
