For decades he has transformed up and coming models into household names by stripping them down to their skivvies and plastering their bodies on billboards and in magazine ads -- and I think most women will agree when I say thank you! Hollywood heavyweights can't run away from the paparazzi. Their every move is carefully watched and highly scrutinized, leaving nothing to the imagination.

We know celebrities feel the pressure to stay young and fresh, but some are not comfortable letting nature take its course. Instead of aging gracefully, many women turn to their trusted plastic surgeon for anything from a nip/tuck to monthly Botox treatments. Plastic surgery has been known to be addicting, so what female Hollywood heavyweight do you think has gone too far and would benefit from a make under?

Celebrities can't escape the media spotlight or the constant criticism about their bodies. While most leading ladies can afford personal trainers and chefs, the most important thing they have - that most of us don't - is lots of time to get in celebrity shape.

Many of us can't really watch the Oscars without fantasizing a little about having Scarlett Johansson's curves or the long, lithe shape of Charlize Theron. If you could have the body of one celebrity for one day, who would you choose and why?

Group Therapy: Jealousy over Celebrity Bodies

It's springtime and I'm dating again. I have been seeing someone for a few weeks, and have visited his apartment where things got hot, but that's not what this post is about. His apartment is what I imagine an archetypal bachelor pad to be like; simple but clean, and lots of gadgets.. babe calendar included. It was such a turn-off to see the calendar with girls in bikinis on his wall.

Meanwhile, the desktop image on his computer is none other than Jessica Alba in a bikini. Mentally, it bothers me that he would participate in the commercial objectification of women in such a public way, but more importantly, emotionally I'm bothered because I do not look a thing like Jessica Alba! She is petite and has dark features and is skinny, whereas I am a tall blonde and I am fuller-figured. I have big breasts and big hips. To top it off.. I saw a quiz he took on what kind of body he is attracted to, and the results were "skinny and cute".. I'll always be cute but I'm never going to be stick-thin. Like I said, I have curves and I am tall. I workout and do yoga, so I have lean muscle-mass. Jessica Alba and I couldn't be more opposite..

I guess my point is.. how can I overcome jealousy towards an ideal-type? I know a lot of it involves dealing with my insecurity over my body, but I can't help but think that I'm not his ideal preference physically, given the evidence. He's a total catch in every way, except for this, and I want to get past this.. any advice?

So often we fantasize about celebrity bodies neglecting how beautiful we, ourselves really are. Even though our favorite celebs look "perfect" in our eyes, they are only human and have their own insecurities just like we do.

When it comes down to it, everyone has things we love and things we hate about our bodies, so do tell, what's your favorite part of your body?

Is It OK to Comment on Your Significant Other's Looks?

Last night on Late Night With Conan O'Brien, Jerry O'Connell spoke about his pregnant wife Rebecca Romijn and went a little too far when describing just how much she's grown! While he prefaced his statement by telling Rebecca he loved her, he pretty much dug himself in a hole by describing her belly as being "huge." Perhaps she didn't find his antics humorous, because he issued a statement this morning apologizing and letting her and all of us know that he'll be coming home with flowers.

While I'm sure he was just making conversation and trying to be funny in his own way, it seems he may have hurt her feelings, and I don't blame her! What do you think? Is joking about your significant other's looks acceptable, or do you think poking fun, even in a sarcastic manner, crosses the line?

Fergie is taking the lead in yesterday's poll on what female celebrity would most benefit from a make under. All your comments have been great, so I thought I would ask you the same question for the nipped and tucked men in Hollywood.

I happen to think most men get better looking with age, George Clooney anyone, yet some male stars continue to succumb to the pressures of ageism in Hollywood. Being vein is no longer a stigma attached to women, and men aren't wasting any time "fixing" themselves. So, which male star do you think would benefit from a make under? I know whom Fab wouldn't pick!

Celebrities have a lot of perks and staffing a personal chef and trainer makes it a whole lot easier to stay in camera ready shape. Even though you still need to practice self control, being surrounded by healthy foods makes cheating on your diet and late night binges not as bad for you. So ladies, if you could share a personal chef with anyone in Hollywood, which star's svelte figure would you look to as evidence that her chef is doing a job well done?
