Got $12 Million? John McCain's Arizona House Is For Sale!

Would you pay a "celebrity premium" to scoop up the former Phoenix house of John and Cindy McCain? The current owner is selling the abode (Cindy's childhood house, and the McCain's residence for 20 years) for a cool $12 million - four times more than the current owner paid Cindy for it in 2006. That's a lot of air conditioning. Though the decor has been updated from the McCains' time, the jungle bedroom is . . . specific. If it's your taste, you're in luck: the furniture (including leopard-print dining chairs) is included.

The 14,000-square-foot home, with 13 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, could leap in value if the senator is elected. Not to mention, the McCain family handprints in the cement outside are pretty precious. What do you think - would you move in?

The How-To Lounge: Planning a Romantic Occasion

Whether it’s an anniversary celebration or just a time to reconnect, planning a romantic occasion for your significant other can be a lot of fun, and a great way to ignite the fire. To see my tips for making your occasion as sweet (or spicy) as it can be, then read more.

First off, it’s always a good idea to determine just how elaborate you want your romantic endeavor to be. Throwing together a dinner at home will be much easier than planning a weekend trip away. If you decide to go for something more extravagant, make sure to leave yourself plenty of time to plan ahead.
Try to think with your significant other in mind. He/she may not enjoy the same things you would. At the same time, make sure you do something that you feel comfortable with. It's better to do something you both enjoy.
While there are some great stand-by ideas, try thinking outside of the box. It will be that much more special if you come up with something more original or an idea that’s meaningful to your particular relationship.
Don’t spend so much time trying to plan something that when the time comes, you’re too stressed out to enjoy it. Romance isn’t all about plans anyway; in fact, some would say it’s more about spontaneity!
Go ahead and mix sentimental and sexy. Combine a sappy card with some lingerie or a romantic night away with a fun bedroom game.

Whatever you do, keep in mind that it’s all about celebrating your relationship, so make it count.

Jenna Bush Dishes Wedding Details, and Why She Said No to the White House

Jenna Bush was on the Today show with her mom yesterday discussing plans for her upcoming wedding and finally clearing up why it will not take place at the White House. The Pennsylvania Avenue option was of course available to Jenna, but she turned it down saying, “Texas is home to me. . . I did live in Washington, but I never lived in the White House."

The celebration is to take place at sunset on the Crawford, Texas ranch with a guest list of about 200 people. For you detail junkies, Jenna sets the scene:

I guess it maybe says we’re crazy. I wanted to be at home, and I wanted it to feel natural and I wanted it to be a private thing. It’s the one day of my life - it happens once - that I want to have a private time with Henry and my family. Plus, I’m not that glamorous. I’m more an outdoor type.

Her gown, described as simple and casual, is an Oscar de la Renta creation of embroidered organza with matte beading and a small train. She will have 14 attendants and her twin sister Barbara Bush will be her maid of honor. The party will wear short chiffon dresses by Lela Rose, a Texas designer, in green, blue, yellow and lavender.

When Jenna is not preparing for her wedding she is promoting a children’s book she wrote with her mother and First Lady, Laura, entitled Read All About It, which is on sale now.

The husband-to-be is Henry Hager, son of John Hager, a political heavyweight in Virginia politics and assistant secretary of the US Department of Education. He's currently completing graduate work at the Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia. Henry met Jenna while working on the 2004 Bush re-election campaign. After the wedding, it's rumored the newlyweds will move into a 128-year-old, two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse on the south side of Baltimore that they purchased for $440,000.

Dear Poll: Who Would You Want to Join You To Film a Soap Opera Sex Scene?

Did you know that some of your favorite hot celebrities got their start on a soap opera? Although they are completely unrealistic, I have to admit that when I'm home sick, I get completely addicted! Since these characters spend more time in the bedroom than anywhere else, it's no wonder they're so easy on the eyes. I know every actor says filming a sex scene isn't all it's cracked up to be, but I'm not buying it so ladies, tell me, what ex-soap opera hottie would you want to join you to film a sex scene?

Good Idea or Bad Idea: Fantasizing Together

People think differently about so many issues, and when it comes to the bedroom, things can get very complicated and very painful. I read somewhere that Will and Jada Pinkett Smith feel comfortable dicussing with each their sexual fantasies, but they're also very clear about monogamy and commitment.

What do you think? Assuming you both agree about the topic, does it seem -- in general -- like a good idea or a bad idea to discuss with your partner the people you fantasize about, be them celebrities or neighbors?

Does P.D.A. Make You Uncomfortable?

Wow. Even big celebrities like Tom and Katie Cruiseare throwing the crowd a little somethin' somethin' to gawk at. P.D.A., properly known as public displays of affection, are quite controversial.

Some liberals feel that it's alright for free love to still exist, while conservatives believe that sexual expression should be contained to the privacy of a closed off bedroom. Does P.D.A. make you uncomfortable?
