If booze and male strippers don't sound like your idea of a good time, buck tradition by celebrating your bachelorette party in a healthy - but fun! - way instead. Here are a few ways to bond with your girlfriends while also burning calories along the way.

Say om: Gather up your mats and have a private yoga class; it's a great way to enjoy the company of your gal pals while also de-stressing. Add ayurvedic spa treatments or mehndi painting to the evening for a complete yogic theme. Then end the night with dinner at a nearby restaurant or opt to cook together in your own home.
A morning sweat session: If strength training is more your style, invite your friends to an outdoor bootcamp workout. You'll sweat and bond over push-ups and lunges, but don't forget to celebrate afterward! Once the workout is over, nurse sore muscles with a mimosa-filled brunch.

The Bachelorette Finale: Are You Happy With Ashley's Decision?

Ashley Hebert has made her pick! Last night's finale of The Bachelorette had Ashley choosing between Ben Flajnik, a winemaker from northern California, and J.P. Rosenbaum, a construction manager from NY. When faced with two proposals, Ashley went with J.P. even after her sister met both and clearly favored Ben.

In the big moment, Ben got on one knee and said to Ashley, "Every second I spend with you makes me fall deeper in love with you. I want to thank you for allowing me to feel completely and utterly vulnerable and open with you," but it wasn't enough to win her heart. When it was J.P.'s turn he told Ashley that she is the one before popping the question. She was quick to accept the proposal in the gorgeous Fiji setting. Of her now-fiancé, Ashley said, "Today is the reason why I went through all the good times and the bad times, and I've been wanting to tell you how much I loved you for so long now. You mean the world to me and I do not want to be with anyone else forever." So tell us - are you happy with Ashley's decision or do you wish she had gone with Ben?

I am being asked to participate in my sister-in-law-to-be's bachelorette party. Her maid of honor has planned the entire night which has a price tag at this point of over $200 for the night plus paying for the bride. I was not invited to participate in the wedding at all so I am a guest at my only sibling's wedding. Is there a way that I can just say no? I don't want to participate and I do not have the funds to pay over $200 in one night. What is a legitimate, polite way to say that I won't be coming?
