Dear Sugar,
My best friend and I had a huge falling out over my birthday when she came back to our hometown. When my boyfriend and I get into a fight, I try to keep my cool and use phrases like, "When you do this, I feel..."

I'm engaged to be married next year. I've been with my boyfriend for 7 years, and while not all of those were wonderful, we've made it through some really rocky patches and been stronger for it.
However, now that we are engaged, and the wedding is quickly approaching, I've gone beyond a little "cold feet" or wedding jitters.
