The Bachelor Couples: Where Are They Now?

Tonight Sean Lowe gives out his final rose to either Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter in The Bachelor's season 17 finale.

Tonight Sean Lowe gives out his final rose to either Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter in The Bachelor's season 17 finale. No matter who he ends up with, we hope they stay together longer than some of the past season's contestants. The track record ain't great. Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney are the only Bachelor couple to still be together, and that's not technically correct since Jason picked Melissa Rycroft in the finale but then dumped her for his second pick Molly in the "After the Rose" special. In December, Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum became the second Bachelorette couple to marry on TV, after the very first bachelorette Trista Rehn married Ryan Sutter (and are still together).

Sean's finale has us reminiscing about those early seasons and wondering what the couples are up to now. Most importantly, who are they seeing and what are their relationship statuses? We all know the group of former contestants from the reality-TV dating show are an incestuous bunch, and it can be difficult to keep track of who's with whom. So we're breaking it down from the beginning to give you the scoop on where the last couples standing from each of the 16 seasons of The Bachelor are now. Will you accept this rose?

The Bachelorette's Gorgeous Glamping Party For Ricki's 7th Birthday

Emily Maynard has had a busy year, starring as The Bachelorette and getting engaged to her final suitor, Jef Holm, but the supermom didn't let her suddenly extremely public persona stop her from throwing an incredible birthday bash at home for her daughter, Ricki.

Emily Maynard has had a busy year, starring as The Bachelorette and getting engaged to her final suitor, Jef Holm, but the supermom didn't let her suddenly extremely public persona stop her from throwing an incredible birthday bash at home for her daughter, Ricki. The talented gals of Anders Ruff got together with Emily to create a creative, sweet glamping (that's glam-camping for those of you who haven't caught on to the trend yet) party, which was beautifully captured by Becca Bond. Complete with a gorgeous cake and on-theme sweets (the individual trail-mix containers and take-home s'mores are just two of many standout components), girlie paper goods from Anders Ruff's printable collection, and lots of stylish details (including, of course, an awesome tent), Ricki's party is positively lovely — and nope, there wasn't a rose in sight.

So far, bachelorette Emily Maynard is having better luck with fiancé Jef Holm than she had with Brad Womack. After getting engaged on TV on Monday night, the happy couple held hands during their visit to Live! With Kelly this morning. Kelly Ripa and guest cohost, comedian Michael Buckley, peppered Emily and Jef with questions. Why did she pause before she said yes? What about runner-up Arie or her ex Brad? Do the newly engaged have a strategy to not end up like practically every other couple from the franchise? Emily and Jef were ready with answers. Watch now and weigh in if you think they can beat the odds.

Watch the Proposal From Emily Maynard's Bachelorette Finale

As far as reality-TV love goes, this season's Bachelorette finale felt pretty close to the real thing.

As far as reality-TV love goes, this season's Bachelorette finale felt pretty close to the real thing. Single mom Emily Maynard was down to two guys, Arie, the kissing race car driver, and Jef with one f, the sweet entrepreneur. Emily didn't wait for Arie to propose before she broke his heart. After deciding to let Jef meet her daughter, Ricki, Emily knew he was the one for her. In fact, Jef was the only contestant she introduced to her daughter. With her mind made up, Emily decided to break up with Arie during their date. So us viewers knew that Jef was the winner as he walked up to Emily with a ring in his pocket. But would she say yes to the engagement, or just want to date exclusively? Watch the final scene to find out if you didn't watch, and if you did, relive the moment now. Do you think Emily made the right call?

How Bachelorette Emily Maynard Stays in Shape

We are pumped to share one of our fave stories from Shape here on FitSugar.

We are pumped to share one of our fave stories from Shape here on FitSugar.

Who’s got all the guys going gaga? As one of America’s most beautiful bachelorette’s, Emily Maynard is sweet, stunning, and just so happens to be heating up TV screens all across the U.S.

The 26-year-old Southern bell is more than just her blonde hair, radiant smile, amazing bod, and charming personality… she’s a proud and devoted mom at heart. Capturing our attention — and wooing some pretty good lookin’ men in the process—this West Virginia native is one strong, incredible woman, inside and out.

12 Salads Worse Than a Big Mac

How does our favorite sweetheart — and very busy mama — keep her figure so fab? Maynard told SHAPE, "Honestly, our schedule was so intense that I didn’t have a lot of time to think about working out or a diet plan. The hours alone kept my metabolism burning off calories! Does kissing boys count as exercise?" We’d say it does!

See How Emily really stays in shape after the break!

The Bachelorette: What We Didn't See

Whenever we get a peek at the deleted scenes from The Bachelorette, I always feel the editors leave the best parts out.

Whenever we get a peek at the deleted scenes from The Bachelorette, I always feel the editors leave the best parts out. With all the talk about generic feelings and opening up, the dates we see on the show don't reveal much personality. But last night on The Men Tell All, we got to find out a little more about Bachelorette Emily Maynard when Chris Harrison showed us some deleted scenes. For example, she has a habit of swearing and contestant Chris is a horrendous dancer. The bloopers also reminded us that the camera crews and producers are omnipresent. Watch some clips from last night's special now.

The Final 3: Who's Bachelorette Emily Going to Pick?

It's down to the final three on The Bachelorette, as Emily Maynard booted Chris Bukowski off in tonight's episode and will be venturing off to the Caribbean with Arie Luyendyk Jr., Jef Holm, and Sean Lowe.

It's down to the final three on The Bachelorette, as Emily Maynard booted Chris Bukowski off in tonight's episode and will be venturing off to the Caribbean with Arie Luyendyk Jr., Jef Holm, and Sean Lowe. The big question is, now that single mom Emily has whittled her bachelors down to three, who will be her Prince Charming?

There's Arie, 30, a Dutch race car driver who loves to kiss (and we don't see Emily complaining about it). Skateboarding his way into Emily's heart is Jef with one f, a 27-year-old entrepreneur from Utah. And finally we have please-take-your-shirt-off Sean, 28, an insurance agent and former football player hailing from Texas.

To Kiss or Not to Kiss the Bachelorette?

Last night it became clear that the boys of The Bachelorette are divided not just by age, but by who is or isn't making out with Emily Maynard.

Last night it became clear that the boys of The Bachelorette are divided not just by age, but by who is or isn't making out with Emily Maynard. "Too perfect" single dad Doug, 33, and foot-in-his-mouth Ryan (who last night called Emily a "trophy wife"), 31, both bonded over their "mature" decision to not kiss Emily. But this high-horse strategy could backfire, since Emily wasn't too happy with Ryan for judging her for making out with Arie at last week's rose ceremony. She pointed out, rightly so, that there is a double standard, and if this was The Bachelor, no one would bat an eye at her making out with whoever she wants. In the pro-kiss camp are Sean, 28, and Arie, 30, who both take every opportunity they can to lock lips with the hot single mom. And it seems to be paying off — Emily has reservations about Doug and Ryan, but she's really into Sean and Arie.

There's one other front-runner fella who hasn't kissed Emily yet, and that's skateboarding entrepreneur Jef, 27. But Jef isn't abstaining on principle. As we see in this deleted scene, poor Jef chides himself for not making a move because he "wussed out." Hey Jef with one "f," we don't blame you for being intimidated by Emily, but she was clearly giving off the "kiss me" vibe. This is a sweet scene, though, and even with his poufy hair and tube socks, we think he could be a good match for Emily. What do you think about the bachelors' decisions to kiss vs. not kiss Emily? Is it better to get physical right away or wait till they know her better?

Ryan Tells Emily He Wouldn't Be OK With Her Getting Fat

On last night's The Bachelorette, Emily had some romantic one-on-one dates that involved climbing a building, being serenaded by country crooners, and lots of makeout sessions.

On last night's The Bachelorette, Emily had some romantic one-on-one dates that involved climbing a building, being serenaded by country crooners, and lots of makeout sessions. But the most interesting bits involved the bachelors behaving badly.

Several of the men seemed to be taking dating pointers from a book on what not to do when trying to woo a woman. Kalon bluntly told Emily to stop talking so he could finish and Alessandro got the boot for telling her marriage and kids would be a "compromise" for him. But it was personal trainer Ryan who had the worst foot-in-mouth moment, as he thought it was perfectly OK to tell Emily — in front of her best friends, no less — that he wouldn't approve of her getting fat after getting married. His exact words were, "I'd still love you, I just wouldn't love on you as much." Emily tried to laugh it off, but come on, how dumb and superficial could he be? Well, he must have had some residual points left over from his one-on-one date in the previous episode because she kept him on. Watch the cringe-y clip now!

The Bachelorette Is Short on Entertaining Drama

I never thought I'd say this, but I kind of miss Jake and Vienna.

I never thought I'd say this, but I kind of miss Jake and Vienna. The Bachelor vets brought lots of crazy to the franchise and gave viewers a reason to tune in. The only contestant from this season of The Bachelorette who could possibly make the cut for Bachelor Pad, the offshoot that is more blatant about capitalizing on unstable cast members, would be Kalon. He's this season's villain, who made his grand entrance in a helicopter. The other guys take offense to Kalon's supposedly sophisticated vocabulary and choice of luggage. Could it get more tame than that?

Between baking cookies and Muppets, Kalon, aka Chopper, did sour the saccharine season momentarily last night in episode two, picking a fight with single dad Doug while lounging in the pool with his stunna-shades on. Kalon accused Doug of taking time off from being a dad to compete on the show and said, "I always imagined that my first child would be my actual child." Uh oh. I see tears in the future when Emily gets wind of that. Watch the clip of the pool fight now, and tell me if you think viewers would rather be entertained by the reality TV dating show than see the contestants "find love."
