Oddly enough, Ozzy Osbourne — who has already worked his geek mojo for World of Warcraft — has just teamed up with Samsung to help catapult the new Samsung Jack Windows smartphone into drool-worthy gadget status. This cheeky new commercial features Ozzy having some issues with his personal assistants and shows how his Samsung Jack could easily replace them. My favorite part? Watching him do an "unboxing" with his rock star black nails!

Apple is oh so cheeky. It's just debuted its rebuttal commercial to Microsoft's Laptop Hunter ad campaign. It's short, sweet, and straight to the point — PCs are malfunctioning headaches, while Macs are simple and user friendly. Can't wait to see what their next commercial will be.

Sure, you know Steve Jobs, the Woz, and Bill Gates, but do you know the name Ajay Bhatt? He invented the USB, and in this new commercial from Intel he's being given the celebrity treatment — a premise that's equal parts inspiring and amusing.

This commercial gets off to an unimpressive start — take a look at that rat hole they call a warehouse — and it only gets worse from there. "I say, I say, I say" are Frankie and Johnnie selling furniture, dance lessons, or fried chicken? Bad dancing belongs in every low-budget commercial, but I'm still trying to connect the dots between furniture and fried chicken— buy a couch, get a grease stain for free?

The Microsoft ad people have been working on overtime on new ad angles — in the past year alone, they've had the failed Seinfeld concept, the adorable Rookies concept, and now, it's "Laptop Hunters," where cameramen document "real people" shopping for new laptops. I'm using my quotation marks liberally because the first ad features a girl named Lauren who has already been revealed to be an actress.

I'm torn about these ads because I think it's actually a great idea because the people are so relatable, but I think it would have been a whole lot more effective to use real people instead of actors. I mean, what else is the script going to have them buy?

I'm one of those people who is easily moved to tears, and being both a health fanatic and a mom, this commercial about quitting cigarettes really tugged at my heart strings. Promoting their $50 a month unlimited plan, which is free from hidden fees, these commercials may be just what society needs right now — a good phone deal and some wacky entertainment.
