Ryan Phillippe and Amanda Seyfried went for a jog in the Hollywood Hills yesterday. The couple spent last weekend together as Amanda's Red Riding Hood, made its debut at the box office. The film had a quiet opening weekend, but Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke did get the support of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, who went to see it on Tuesday. Ryan's own movie, The Lincoln Lawyer, hits theaters this Friday and he's been making the rounds to promote the drama. He stopped by Jimmy Kimmel, where he talked about his kids and their new dog. Ryan also chatted with us about working with Matthew McConaughey and shared an interesting connection between MM and Reese's fiancé Jim Toth. Despite rumors, hot dad Ryan seems to only have eyes for Amanda at the moment, and their PDA-filled relationship is going almost five-months strong.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have been hard at work on Breaking Dawn in Vancouver, but yesterday they stepped away from the cameras to enjoy a sweet date night. The duo slipped into a movie theater to see Red Riding Hood, which was directed by Twilight's Catherine Hardwicke, when they were spotted by a fan. Rob and Kristen didn't seem to mind posing for a photo with the lucky girl and her friends, who twittered that "he was nice" and she was "just awkward." Their night out might be the last for a while since Rob will soon be heading back to California to make an appearance on The Tonight Show and answer fan questions on MTV on Friday. Jessica Alba covered her baby bump with a floral top while out in LA today with her husband Cash Warren. They stopped by a local school, possibly checking out a place for their almost 3-year-old daughter, Honor, to attend class in the future. Until she starts classes, Honor seems happy to spend her days shopping and hanging at the park with mom. Jessica and Cash will have another little one keeping them busy soon, but they're making sure to pencil in date nights when their schedules allow.

Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley held hands on their way out of Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills yesterday. The couple shared the sushi date night for two after enjoying dinner with Katherine's former Grey's Anatomy costar, Kate Walsh, over the weekend. Katherine's back home from filming New Year's Eve in NYC, and she had her daughter Naleigh with her during the trip. The 3-year-old got a special treat this week when Katherine picked up an adorable puppy for the family. She also debuted her dramatic new blond haircut during the day out, though you all seem split on her new look.

Rachel Zoe and Rodger Berman were arm in arm for a stroll in Beverly Hills today. Rachel was back in her six-inch Brian Atwood booties for the outing after stepping out in the sky-high heels and a similar black on black ensemble over the weekend. She's kept her signature style intact throughout the pregnancy, and even showed off her growing bump in sequins on the cover of The Hollywood Reporter. Rachel hasn't let the impending arrival slow down her busy schedule, and she most recently dressed Anne Hathaway for the Oscars and stepped out for the opening of Tom Ford's new LA store.

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo got dressed up for a friend's birthday party at Beso in Hollywood on Saturday. Nick chose a '70s wig for the event and Vanessa was decked out in '80s gear while other stars donned '20s costumes for Eva Longoria's bash across town. The duo's fun night out coincided with the release of Nick's new single, "Last One Standing," which is the fight song for the NCAA Big East Conference as they head into March Madness. Nick's gearing up for the college basketball tournament and Vanessa's heading to NYC, but they're still moving forward with plans for their upcoming nuptials. Nick's made it clear that he doesn't plan on singing at the event, though, saying, "I think I'll leave the wedding songs to somebody else."

Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber took advantage of the LA sunshine by taking a trip to the Brentwood Country Mart with Sasha and Samuel yesterday. Naomi picked up produce before riding down a slide with Samuel and hanging in the grass with all her boys. The Watts-Schreiber clan have been all about fun activities lately, from riding the roller coaster at the Santa Monica Pier to taking bike rides around town. Their family outings followed up an adults-only string of award season events after Naomi returned from Thailand, where she was filming The Impossible.

Kate Moss and her fiancé Jamie Hince boarded a private jet to leave Paris yesterday. Jamie joined Kate for the quick trip to France, where she toasted to Givenchy before making a return to the Paris Fashion Week runway. Kate slipped on a skimpy black ensemble for her pal Marc Jacobs and his brand Louis Vuitton, but her smoking down the catwalk might have caused more controversy than the clothes. Another friend of Kate's, John Galliano, is dealing with his own scandal as he was recently fired from Dior for inappropriate comments and we'll have to wait and see if she ends up sporting one of his designs after all at her upcoming wedding.

The news broke yesterday that Ashley Olsen and Justin Bartha have ended their two and a half year romance. The couple were first spotted together in the Summer of 2008, but they kept a low profile throughout their relationship. Gisele was spotted on the balcony of her hotel drinking and dancing with Tom, though we've yet to see her slip back into a bikini again following her hot poolside escape over the weekend.
