He debuted as "The Dramatic Chipmunk" days ago, became an overnight success, then took on a series of career-making roles. But every cewebrity's 15 minutes of fame must come to an end at some point and, sadly, this prairie dog has reached his. Farewell, suspicious-looking furry friend. We hardly knew ya. Attack of the Geeks - Silent Star Wars Movie
2007 is the 30th anniversary of the Star Wars Saga, which means you better gear up for a year of tributes and shout-outs to the geeky phenomenon. My homage to the series? This fantastic silent movie:
On Wednesday, May 25, 1977, Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope premiered to the public – and went on to become the top-grossing movie of all time. This year fans will celebrate the series with Celebration IV, a four-day gathering of Star Wars fans from around the world featuring celebrity appearances, special screenings and sneak peeks into some of the goodies Lucasfilm has in store for us. It will take place May 25th to May 28th at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Remembering John Lennon

I can't let it go unmentioned that the launch date for BuzzSugar, Dec. 8, also marks the anniversary of the death of John Lennon, one of the world's great musicians and one of my personal favorites. To mark the occasion, I just found a very fitting tribute on Music Like Dirt. With songs and commentary, this sound collage takes clips from the coverage aired by various New York radio stations the night Lennon was shot.
Or if you'd like something a bit more uplifting, it's never a bad time to listen to John and Yoko's "Happy Xmas (War Is Over)."
