Scratch

Ever since I became the proud owner of an Apple iPhone, I've gone to great measures to make sure the screen stays protected from scratches.

Now I'm not exactly sure if the iPod Touch has the same screen exterior as the iPhone, but if it does I think it's safe to say that I don't have to worry about scratching my phone. This awesome video, which I spotted on techfresh, demonstrates the durability of the new iPod Touch's screen as it resists damage from keys, a pin and even a razor blade—proving that the screen is not as fragile as one might think. As for smudges, that's a whole other story!

I'm diggin' this new crowd of kitties who get scratch happy with the vinyl. Watch this cat perfect his skillz while giving J Lo the remix treatment. He even busts out the professional head tilt to better hear the beat. That's what you call fur serious scratchin', y'all.

This dude was pulled over for driving under the influence and, while handcuffed, got an itch he couldn't scratch. Judging from the bounce in his "itchy nut" dance and his persistence in pleading for relief, I think he was serious. It sure took balls to ask police officers to scratch on his behalf, though. What a nut job.
