A positive pregnancy test makes expectant parents jump for joy — and they can't wait to share the news with their loved ones! While the news of a new baby is exciting enough, sometimes you want to surprise your friends and family with a creative announcement. Get inspired with these five unique ideas to share "the big news."
Congratulations are in order for model Natasha Poly, who just announced that she's expecting a child.
On Thursday, Poly posted a photo of herself clutching the midsection of a blue-and-white patterned maxi dress to her Instagram account with the caption "Baby on board."
A look at Poly showing off her growing belly, here.
Lara Stone hasn't said much about her pregnancy since November, when her husband David Walliams announced they were having their first child. But in this just revealed photo, Stone looks great pregnant and in "love."
The image, originally taken for an i-D Magazine piece about yoga teacher Nadia Airan, features Stone wearing one of Airan's tank tops emblazoned with the word "Love." The model is glowing, and the tank's knit fabric shows off her growing stomach. There's no word yet on Stone's due date, but judging by the pic below, pregnancy definitely seems to agree with her.

We're happy to present this article from our partner site Yahoo! Shine:
Last week, an Ohio hospital transformed into a full-service wedding hall for a pregnant patient's special day. Nurses became wedding planners, patients provided bridal accessories, and the gift shop catered the whole affair. Just hours later, the bride became a patient again when the staff delivered her baby.
It wasn't every bride's fantasy venue, but for Cynthia Reese it was perfect.
"Everything went so well with the wedding, that the baby wanted to come see it too," joked the exhausted new mom during a phone interview with Yahoo! Shine.
Reese, 27, was seven months pregnant last Monday when her water broke.
This will be the first child for the couple, who have been together since shortly after di Marco was named Gucci's CEO in 2009. Giannini will take a bow at both her upcoming men's show in January and her Spring 2013 women's show in February. Afterward she'll take maternity leave until her next men's show in June.
Though the two have generally been discreet about their relationship, di Marco said last year that their love is "very serious. When in life you choose someone to be with . . . someone you are looking to spend your life with — well, this is a match of minds and souls."
Lara Stone is the newest member of the model moms club. She and her husband comedian David Walliams have announced they're expecting a baby.
"Some wonderful news," Walliams tweeted Thursday morning. "My beautiful wife Lara is pregnant. We are having a baby! It is due next year and we both couldn't be happier."
In a separate statement, the couple said they were "both absolutely thrilled but ask you to please respect our privacy during this precious time."
So far Stone has yet to comment on the news. When she got engaged to Walliams in 2010, Stone told Interview she wanted to be a mother — she was just waiting for the right time.
"I'm not really good at making plans so I don't have any definite plans for the future," she said. "I would love to have a family and kids at some point, but not right now. I'll probably keep [modeling] for a while because it's going pretty well. I guess we'll have to see."
Update: After months of speculation, Gisele Bundchen has confirmed that she is five months pregnant in an interview with South American television network TV Global. The interview is set to air this Sunday, Aug. 26, and in it Bundchen says that she is "very happy" about the new addition to her family.
Us Weekly confirmed the news in June, reporting that Bundchen was about "three months" pregnant. "They are really happy!" an unnamed source told the magazine, referring to Bundchen and her husband, Tom Brady.
In May, several Brazilian newspapers, including Epoca, IG, and Agora Sao Paolo reported the rumor, claiming the model asked Givenchy's Riccardo Tisci to make her Met Gala dress roomy enough to accommodate her growing midsection. The paper also claimed she told friends at the Met Gala that she was about two months along, but wanted to wait until she hit the three-month mark before she confirmed the news to a wider audience.
A spokesperson for Bundchen would neither confirm nor deny the rumor at the time, saying that it went against policy to comment on Bundchen's personal life. The model's representation was similarly reticent in 2009 when they declined to comment about Bundchen's first pregnancy.
This will be Bundchen's second child — she delivered a boy named Benjamin in 2009 — and Brady's third. Brady had a son named John with actress Bridget Moynahan in 2007.
The upcoming issue of Love magazine will feature photos of Alessandra Ambrosio baring her very pregnant stomach the day before she gave birth to her son, Noah. Photographer Boo George captured the model relaxing in a t-shirt and cutoff jean shorts on the beach in Ambrosio's hometown, Florianopolis, Brazil, shortly before her May 7 delivery.
The photos will accompany images of actresses from the costume drama Downton Abbey, who also appear on the issue's multiple covers.
Ambrosio isn't the only model who's been photographed with child recently. Her fellow Victoria's Secret Angel Adriana Lima will appear in next year's Pirelli calendar sporting a pregnant stomach.
A glimpse at some outtakes from George's shoot with Ambrosio here in the gallery.
Contrary to popular belief, regular exercise is encouraged by doctors for expecting moms because it can help a woman stay healthy and alleviate some of the discomforts like stiffness, back pain, leg cramping, or constipation. I love how the following famous females are staying active during their pregnancy but not overdoing it. Let's see who they are!
